This school is a massive, absolutely gargantuan leap from my days of Bear Flag Elementary - sorry public schools but the curriculum hear is truly outstanding!! And, I am only seeing one days worth. My nieces and nephew are learning multiple languages, music, art, tons of history and the blah blah basics. But the fantastic part is that the classrooms are small and the teachers are so nice and very accessible to the students. Being a non-parent I would definitely send my kids here without question... save up your pennies though because you will need every one of them.

My husband and I decided to make the drive from the East Valley to try Pita Kitchen, and when we…read morearrived the place was packed -- usually a great sign. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. We ordered and were asked if we were dining in or taking our food to go. We said dining in, but there were no open tables inside (around 12 total) and zero tables available outside. We ended up waiting in the back for a table to open while staff repeatedly walked around looking for our table number, never once asking if the order might be ours. After several minutes, someone finally asked if we were number 11. We were. Once seated, the decor was cute, but service was mediocre at best. The food was the biggest disappointment. It had been a while since we last visited, and it's definitely not the same. The rice was bland and flavorless, and the gyro meat tasted like frozen, reheated product -- very dry, with the main flavor being salt. Instead of the fresh-carved gyro meat you typically see on a vertical rotisserie at most Greek restaurants, the kitchen area was closed off, so there was no visible preparation or carving station. For nearly $50, the experience simply did not match the price. Between the disorganized service and underwhelming food, we won't be back. Next time, we'll stick to supporting East Valley Greek spots that offer better quality and value. I want to preface, this place used to be good. Not sure of ownership changed, but save yourself a trip and find something better and more affordable

Even on 1to1 Zoom sessions due to COVID, the lessons were very effective and my daughter LOVED coach Emma. My daughter was more confident entering 6th grade at Chandler Prep. With what she learned over the summer through this program and the assistance/coaching she is getting through Chandler Prep special services, she is a much more independent learner. Report cards came out today and she received 3 A's and 2 B+'s. This is extraordinary! While the program is pricey it was well worth the academic results plus schoolwork is far less stressful my daughter.

I was a little skeptical at first but when I saw the results on my daughter's math techniques less than a month I was stunned. It is definitely a great investment for my daughter and I wish I had enrolled her sooner.

We've been so impressed with the tangible improvements in her reading and math scores, which have translated directly into a wonderful boost in her confidence at school - something we truly value. What's particularly engaging for her is the unique "tree" progress system they have in place. As she masters new concepts, she gets to move up to the next branch on the tree, which acts as a fantastic visual reinforcement of her growing knowledge and keeps her excited about learning. This thoughtful approach really resonates with her and makes her feel a sense of accomplishment. What truly stands out is the genuine care and dedication Mrs. Mayu and Mrs. Priya show towards their students; it's evident that their reward comes from seeing each child succeed, making it feel like so much more than just a job. Looking back, choosing this Kumon center was absolutely the right decision for our family, and honestly, I wish we had discovered this supportive and effective learning environment sooner!
