Jeff and his crew removed all the moss growth on the roof, cleaned the debris that was creating a dam in the valley flashing, inspected and repaired what needed repairing on the roof and even cleaned out the gutters. Jeff was very pleasant and professional to work with. No more wet stucco after the repairs. I highly recommend this roofing company based on my experience.

I spoke with the office today (owner's wife, also says she was owner) and she talked over me, wouldn't listen, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company for anything. She said she pulled two guys off a job and drove 2 hours to get to Redding from Red Bluff (?) And I told her then she should not have taken the job. Regardless, the unprofessionalism from start to finish is actually surprising.

Boster Roofing is a very professional and thorough roofing company. Changes to the tile choice were made right up to the actual tear off day and they had no problem accommodating those changes. The workers repaired all the water damaged wood and even found a few spots that our home inspector had missed. They made sure to show me and explain all the repairs before they began. The workers were here when they said they would be and finished all the work when they said they would. The roof looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Boster Roofing to anyone looking for a roof replacement or repair. This company was an absolute pleasure to work with! I had them replace a flat roof on my commercial rental building. My family has used tips from various other roofers for years and tried to get that roof to stop leaking and nothing worked until I called Marty! For the first time since I have owned the building there are zero leaks and my tenant couldn't be happier! Highly recommend these guys! Beth handled all my paperwork and she was beyond fantastic! I called Boster based on a referral from a local realtor. It was the last of several referrals I had received. First one set an appointment, no show. Second was priced thousands of dollars above previous bids I had received. Several others simply didn't call back or responded a week later. I spoke with Marty and he was at the house within 40 minutes. His bid followed the next day and it was competitive with my best prices. Turns out there is a violation code on her title. Sunrise Roofing never had the final inspections done on the roof. So now we are currently at Shasta County Building Permit Center paying a total of just under $550 to get them to come out and inspect the roof and cancel the violation and her closing for her refinancing of the home is pushed out until all of this is taken care of. I have tried calling Sunrise Roofing multiple times to talk to them about this and they have not answered.

When a different county inspector flagged some additional items that weren't part of the original inspection, the team returned quickly to fix them, which we really appreciated. The only downside was communication. Since we received the quote through our realtor, we weren't on-site during the initial assessment to discuss issues and preferences directly with the roofer. A kick-off meeting or call would have been helpful to go over our options, ask questions, and get a better sense of the timeline. We were always playing catch-up with questions and requests because we got a days' notice for tear off (which is understandable with winter weather of course). Additionally, there were a couple of instances where the crew arrived without prior notice, and it was just luck that someone was home to put the dogs away. Despite the communication, the quality of work was excellent, and they addressed every concern we had. We'd recommend Sunrise Roofing to others, but if you have unique issues like we had, we'd also suggest being proactive in setting up a conversation about expectations after you receive the quote, and before the project begins.

They quickly got here and put plastic to cover the house, but we had to run fans for two weeks in the attic to dry it out and had to repaint much of the house. Now 15 years later our 40 year guaranteed roof is leaking and they are claiming to not have been the ones who put it on. I'm guessing they got rid of our paperwork in case black mold or other issues arose due to the water getting in. Be very very careful when dealing with this company. We have called many times and they refuse to call us back.
