I may work for Yelp, but I totally didn't even realize that I could review TV stations! I love…read morethat! I've been on FOX 5 numerous times throughout the year. And it's definitely one of my favorite TV stations to go, too. The area is nice and it's right by Ethel M chocolate off Sunset. There's plenty of parking out front. Once you arrive, the doors are locked but usually security will open the door for you and greet you. They are always SO nice. They have a new system now where you enter your info and check-in via a tablet. Which is pretty awesome. Then they give you a badge. Typically someone will come grab you and bring you back to where you need to go. I love how nice this station is and the anchors are always so welcoming! Since I've been on a lot throughout the years, they all know me and greet me. I love it!

The Morning News team has changed over the years but Jason Feinberg is anchoring with Alyssa Deitsch. The weather man is Matt. The traffic man is Ken. I always check the weather and the traffic almost every morning. Everyone on the staff is likeable. We appreciate this every morning. This news team has been helping out the Las Vegas Community year after year with Take 5 to Care, The Surprise Squad, Super Build and various other events, year after year. Recently, I saw the news story about the Honor Flight, and a Vietnam Vet saw his buddy's name on the Vietnam War Memorial. The family saw it and got a hold of the daughter of the this man's fallen buddy. It was such a touching story. Bravo to you Fox 5 News. https://www.fox5vegas.com/2025/07/04/las-vegas-valley-veteran-meets-with-family-friend-he-found-vietnam-wall-dc/ A few weeks ago, a Vet had gotten a new AC system from Semper Fi. That was so neat to see that. I also watch the MORE show. THANK YOU for informing us, and giving us information that was can use in our daily lives. THANK YOU for serving the Las Vegas community.

Most of the articles are based on extreme liberal opinions and ideologies and they try to push their toxic influence onto their readers. I had the magazines removed from my business and will continue to spread the word to other businesses that subscribe to this junk. I'm so glad I never took out an ad inside this local zine, it clearly does not know what Vegas locals want.

I'm not going to waste my time complaining about the ratio of advertisements to actual content, because print media is struggling and the ratio really isn't that bad here. I only wish the businesses that advertise would try mixing it up with a new ad every once in a while- the majority of them stay the same issue to issue, which leads readers to flip through them without even taking notice. Sections I pay most attention to are the local/community features: love when they do specials that are specific to our area, which they're good about. Water waste, real estate policies, education at CCSD, development of downtown, all things that are relevant to me as a resident. It helps that I don't read the local paper, but if I did I could see how they might not have much I hadn't heard or seen before. Mixed feelings on their food section and movie/music section: I like reading about new places or upcoming events that I otherwise might miss, but their ratings system and suggestions are a bit skewed. As Mike G pointed out, it's rare to find a movie rated anything other than two or three stars which completely negates the five-star scale. Food section lacks consistency: I notice a lot of errors, such as recommending a place that has been closed for over six months. Maybe they're short staffed on fact-checkers? I generally take their recommendations with a grain of salt, as half I try on my own are fair but others are dismal and have no place being featured in a magazine article (don't even get me started on their pizza and burger coverage).

The problem is their services. Try to cancel your subscription online, here is a hint you cannot. You have to call and deal with the person trying to sell you 50 different types of subscriptions even though you know they will not come close to the price they will ask you to come back a few weeks after cancelling. Not sure why companies feel they should punish people that use their service, oh you have been a user. thats $100 a year, or cancel and we will contact you in a few weeks with a $25 for 6 month deal, and if you do not i am not really missing out on much.

Great way to get people to buy a newspaper subscription in a time where every thing is digital and a great way to treat people by being unprofessionally rude! All he has to say was "sorry it's not for sale outside of a subscription" or a simple "no."
