I usually watch Good Day Las Vegas at 4 a.m. Heather Mills does not dress appropriately for a professional newscaster If John Langeler has to wear a suit and tie then she should not be wearing skimpy clothing Today is especially offensive read more

They keep playing the same annoying commercials about every 2-5minutes! Fast fit, Glenn learner, aaa, progressive insurance! Will watch another station! read more

Unable to receive channel 8 signal. They decided to put the transmitter on an obscure mountain on the far west side of Henderson. The only channel that I can't get. Move your transmitter! read more

Not happy ION TV moved to Channel 8. Received it before on 39 but now we do not get ION TV at all and Channel 8 people are very well aware they don't service all of Clark County. Move your antennas Channel 8 so you can provide improved service for Clark County. read more

I am unable to access KLAS-TV on my digital antenna, actually, since they signed the new contract last fall. I'm finding that it's not a defective antenna because other people are not receiving their digital signal either. What's up? read more

Yesterday, Sunday, 04/04/2021, the wife prepared dinner, and we started to eat (with channel 8 news, Las Vegas), on our high definition, large screen TV. As we just started enjoying our dinner, the news report (6:20pm), showed and discussed a report regarding "Road Kill, and saving to eat the animal killed". The wife and I couldn't believe what news item was being reported during dinner time. This spoiled our dinner, and immediately switched to another Las Vegas news station. Channel 8 (Las Vegas News), is now on our DO NOT WATCH LIST. The channel 8 program news director should be fired. This was very disturbing to watch during the dinner hour. We'll certainly not forget this disturbing news, GOOD BYE TV, CHANNEL 8 LAS VEGAS! read more

When they moved me tv to 21.1 it doesn't scan at all. They need to find another strong station. Help us enjoy me tv. Fix the damn problem. SONNY Hawkes read more

Disgusting Nexstar/DirecTV feel I should pay for upgraded receivers so I can access a major TV station CBS with an added antenna. I understand paying extra for movie or sports channels. I enjoy a few programs they air but refuse to pay extra. Some exec must need a new luxury car/limo, jet or boat !!! read more

Came down to the studios for an interview that may or may not have aired this week. Pretty easy to find and the facilities seemed nice. Wait, am I really reviewing a TV studio? What the hell do I know about that? read more

How could all these reviewers be so mean about my dear wonderful channel 8 team. These people are so awesome, knowledgeable and funny. I do miss Brian and Dimetri in the morning, but love the new people also. At least I get to see Brian in the evening now. I love everything about them even personal stories. Keep up the good work channel 8 team. And that Ted, best dressed man in Vegas for sure!! Cufflinks, tie clip, nice suits, he always looks like a million bucks. My husband always says that Ted is the man and looks like old Vegas, and how classy it used to be. I agree! Ted is just trying to back back the class. read more

Bert, Bruce, and I - All the Raiders fans had an excellent time with Chris and Lisa inside the amazing technological station at Eight News Now as we celebrated the NFL decision to move the Raiders to Las Vegas. I learned a lot. Thank you. read more

What a shame it's owners, Nexstar, has decided their stations are worth gold, and demanded all DirecTV customers PAY big time for watching their station. I hope the negotiations break down so that this CBS station never goes back on the air via satellite. That is a LOT of viewers they lost, so if you are a business considering placing an ad on this channel, be aware their number of viewers is WAY lower with the loss of all DirecTV customers for as of July 31, 2019, nearly an entire month. An ad should cost you a lot less money on Ch 8. Sad for their news team who are getting little exposure for their careers. read more

This is on their marketing department, Datasphere. We are a local new business, tight on funds, we did a video on the KLAS website, after 6 months I had not seen any business based on this video. So we contacted them and i was told I still had a few months on my contract be fore I could cancel. Today i contacted them and was told I am on a month to month contract, so i can cancel anytime. I now have spent $600 more than I had to because I was lied to about my contract. As a new business that $ would have been used elsewhere. DO NOT do business with this company,. read more

In a recent KLAS TV and their website, one of their journalists, Caroline Bleakley, wrote a story which had the title: "Man arrested in connection with body found in cement." Ms. Bleakley should be forced to go back to school and learn the English language. The word "cement" is a form which is a liquid/viscous state. What she should have written is: "concrete" which is a solid state. Shame on channel 8, specifically their editors. Unprofessional which, to me, they lose credibility. read more

I used to enjoy watching the news every morning but since the staff changed some time ago there just isn't the same dynamic there used to be. I find myself not actually listening after just a few minutes. I am also extremely dissapointed in the mobile app. The navigation isn't exactly what I would call user friendly and does not contain more than a few headlines at a time. I would have assumed that with a news source such as this they would have a better application. read more

i do know the news has to be an all around the table for information to the public and local viewers, but has anyone had a thought about what certain information that continues to be told over and over and what it is doing to the families and the injured and the lost of the 1 october mass shooting that these folks have to relive that day over and over every time there is a new story or the same story being told, so if whom every this concerns lets try to back off on everyday that story and let these folks try to get back to some sort of normal life . i do love this station and all that are a part of it so keep up the great work but please think of what this is doing they have been through it enough .... read more
