Panini poulet parmesant
Jean-Francois C.

Best Porchetta Sandwich I ever had in my life!! Wowowowoww this place was so dope! Wish I lived closer Staff was friendly quick and easy service! Ambiance very crowded and busy place The food like wow to die for and it was pricy for the sandwich but it was filled I got the Porchetta & the eggplant parm sandwich The porchetta comes with Provolone, Aioli, Coleslaw, Caramelized Onions, Hot Peppers, & Marinated Eggplants wow did it taste out of this world ! I am totally coming back for just that sandwich! The eggplant parm was ok but not sure if it makes sense in a sandwich unless you're vegetarian it does ahaha. Overall, definitely one of the best meals I had even a sandwich made right is totally worth a dinner meal!! 100% recommend!!

Hands down to the best sandwich shop in Montreal . I feel like this place is always busy , line ups everytime I walk by so I had to tried it . I went around 2pm during the week and waited around 30-40min in total . You don't feel that is that long as they have italian products that they sell around the shop so you can shop while you wait for your turn to order . Staff are very kind and friendly. Makes the time goes fast by if you're in a rush unsure if it's the right place . We tried one warm and one cold sandwich and they were both delicious. Very fresh and perfectly mixed . Each sandwich is around 15$ that I find very reasonable price . Honestly the best sandwiches I have tried in Montreal . Can't wait to go back . Also definitely try the lemon granita while you wait is delicious.

Everything they sell is incredible. Tuna sandwiches and chicken parmesan sandwiches are my favourites, the meatballs are so good I can never go without getting one, and the pasta is also incredible. The ambiance is amazing in-store, the workers are all lovely, and the quality is just as good if you order it for delivery. 10/10

Porchetta sub . This close to heaven. Olive oil cake is also fantastic but OMG the porchetta sub. Yellow beet salad was very good.

I thought I found my favourite sandwich shop last week until I discovered this family owned gem! Location: WELLINGTON right beside the RBC you really can't miss it Food : sandwiches , pastas, homemade sauces, fresh pastas, charcuteries, fine vinegars, olive oils, Ready to heat and eat meals will mostly baked pastas, meats, poultry, vegetables and charcuterie. Tradizione Italianna. Service / quality: 5 stars I called and was greeted by a wonderful woman who was the owner she took my order and it was ready in a few minutes. She was smiling as soon as I walked in and thanked me for supporting them during this outbreak. Ambiance: store is filled with pasta and sauces everywhere it's bright and spacious but it feels very homey. Now let's get to what you're really hear for... "how good was the sandwich!?" Charcuterie sandwich: which consists of a few different types of meat (mortadella, salami, capacol) cut very thin, provolone and a home made aioli mayo. DELICIOUS! The bread was so soft and the meats were so fresh and I personally loved the sauce for my sandwich. I can't wait to try it again The chicken cutlet sandwich: best cutlet sandwich I have had and I've had the best ones in the city ( Parma, Clarke's etc) the breading than they used was seasoned well and than they put some coleslaw/ cabbage but it was in a really good sauce. The eggplant they added in to it really brought the sandwich together. A must try For people who are worried about going to pick up they do have hand sanitizer when you walk in and if you're still scared to go and pick it up they do offer Uber eats.

Where's all the meat???

The sandwiches are delicious but they hardly put any meat in my sandwiches. I spent 55$ on 3 sandwiches and I feel like I was ripped off a but.

Philly Hoagie

Fantastic sandwich within a European style grocery store. We had the Philly hoagie (prosciutto, salami, ham, pickles, and cheese) and porchetta. Both delicious. It was our first time there and we'll definitely be back!

Chicken cutlet!

Giardiniera is too spicy. It's hard to appreciate the great bread and meats. The dessert is a pass for me.

Best sandwich ever. Got the meatball sub and there are so many elements that come together. Nutella cannoli is delicious as well.

Their platter of pesto pasta and foccacia are HUGE. We love that! Most restaurants don't give that much food. It is good for a few meals!

Cool Asian market in the heart of Verdun, on rue Wellington…read more They had a nice produce section as well as a large dry goods area. Many of the produce could be bought as single items (like slices of watermelon for example) making this a nice stop for a fresh, natural snack. Having Loco along with Bulk Barn in my hood, I've already saved in terms of waste (due to…read moreunnecessary packaging) and got my organic GMO-free foodstuffs at prices that won't break the bank account. Whole Paycheck oops...I mean Whole Foods south of the border could probably learn something new from Loco. They are all about zero-waste here and you can't show up here expecting everything to be prepackaged for you. You bring your own bags, containers or you end up buying some of their glass containers (NOT plastic) to carry your stuff. It has made me use up all my Mason jars at home. The milk bottles have $2 deposits on them, the egg cartons are paper based. The dried pantry foodstuffs, cleaning agents, kombucha are all sold in bulk and by weight. The veggies are locally, Quebec grown and in the fall, winter and root vegetables rule here. There's a shared workspace downstairs and cafe in the front when you enter. The food market is in the back. The people who work here are super-chill and everyone here is clearly on the left. The place works on a co-op model. Places like Loco should be the norm everywhere.

Definitely somewhere I will try to shop more. Not only are whole foods (particularly non gmo and/or…read moreorganic) better to put in your body, but help our beautiful planet but using far fewer resources to produce. That being said, Loco not only brings these foods to you, but refrains from packaged products. Considering that nearly all food packaging is plastic or plasticized cardboard, this has a HUGE impact on the garbage created in our industrialized food system. I hadn't been prepared to actually shop here as I happened to be in the area killing time, but I did pick myself up some kombucha. A $1 deposit for my glass bottle (than is credited upon return if cleaned), and my kombucha only cost me $1.85! Yes it was for a smaller amount, but based on their price per gram it was still cheaper per volume than regular store bought kombucha, and I didn't feel like lugging a huge one around the rest of my day. They even had 4 kinds ready on tap! The concept is super simple! Bring your reusable containers (glass, tupperware, used windex bottle) and weigh it. Use the stickers provided to mark starting weight on your containers then shop, weigh and pay! I was impressed at their collection of goodies, ranging from miso paste t laundry detergent. Their fresh produce was limited however they've only been open for two weeks at this point. They even have a little lunch counter! The front half of the shop is host to a cafe and coworking space.
