Both our burgers were dry and tasteless, so we were glad for the toppings. We loved the fries and the order of Tater tot nachos. Both a solid 5 stars! The service is great, but the location is a bit hard to find. It is located in an old mall with no signage to tell you where to go. We ended up calling and they directed us in. Especially in Sioux Falls) However it is one of the more slow bars I've ever seen for its size. (Maybe due to location, however they have a sister location downtown). But don't worry, plenty of servers and bartenders to make sure your drinks are made fresh and fast. Happy hour runs basically all day. Beer is cheap (Busch Light buckets in the can, is my favorite along with $3 well pour drinks), food is average but might be overpriced outside of happy hour. Tons of TVs they'll play a few channels on all 20 screens unless it's Sunday Night Football. I'm sure if you ask a manager to change it, they would. The "vibe" is early-2010s frat house meets casino garage -- neon aliens, with TouchTunes getting stuck but can use more coins to pick several songs to get one you like to play... on the wall about "F* your bad vibes" ...... ya. That might be the only decor that isn't family appropriate. There aren't many bad vibes here, though. It's a family style restaurant with even high tops and low. (no booths) A couple of nicee pool tables if you're into that! Regulars seem to have a great bond with the staff. Enjoyed watching the perfect harmony of everyone getting along. Service is great seeming from the happy casino regulars. Management is efficient!! Deffs need more information/ time spent with/ questions answered to give a more rounded review. With that being said, let me know what you liked/disliked. Maybe there's more in store for me to come back and try it again! Last notes: there are dozens of sports bars in town that aren't this slow on a weekday and don't feel like you're crashing someone's private party. (Seems like the perfect place to rent out for a family reunion) Local's definitely know they have enough staff hired to handle a full house. Also!!!!! If you're into donating to causes, at the time of writing this review you can donate $1 of every "Tito's Code Red" drink you order through the holidays.

I enjoyed that the bun didn't get destroyed or soggy, and it kept together throughout consumption. Perfectly cooked and seasoned patties, fresh veggies... couldn't ask for a better burger! Thank you for the great service, the experience overall, and it is safe to say that it was one of the highlights of my trip to SD ( the other one was getting two baseballs at the Canaries game).

Fried pickles spears with the rock n roll sauce were great. I wouldn't have ordered these except my server recommended them out of all the apps, so I went with that. Fried things at places like this usually lack flavor and are just salty, fried bar food. These had some kick. The rock n roll sauce was like a Mayo with Frito's Chili Cheese Twists, so they were yummy. Tilapia on wild rice was ok, but it's tilapia, so how amazing can it be, right? Broccoli wasn't too over cooked and it still had a healthy green color, so I was happy with that. And the fries were a tad greasy, but they came out hot and crunchy. I think if they let the oil drain off them a bit more under a heat lamp, they'd hold their crispness a bit longer. Oh, and it was an entire plate of fries, so portions were generous. Lastly, everything was served very quickly. The place wasn't super-busy, but it wasn't dead and I was happy about the timeliness. I ordered an app first then placed an order for my entree after munching on that. And I was out done in 45 minutes. Granted, I was eating alone, but still. If you enjoy meat, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. I am a pescatarian (mostly vegetarian) and I have a sneaking suspicion that their beef and chicken options have much more developed flavors.

After walking from one end of the Main Street strip to the other and back, I selected Dr. Lucky's. Don't get me wrong, there was nothing wrong with this bar at all. But it was too... nice... so didn't have the real, gritty feel I was looking for. But I should have known better than to expect that at a bar just 2 blocks from the touristy stuff. Dr. Lucky's is a nice little sports bar. Very clean, bordering on too clean. There's pool tables, darts, and an arcade game or two. There are 19 beers on tap, a surprisingly high number for a bar of this size. The menu consists of typical bar standards -- mostly fried foods.
