The first 10 minutes no one came to seat me. My date was using the bathroom so I was waiting for them. I've never been here so I wasn't comfortable going to the bar and sitting by strangers without my date. Two servers came by eventually and asked me and I told them I was waiting for my date. Extremely loud, every TV is playing the same thing, we sit down in these weird chairs, there's no hook for your purse anywhere, so we sit down and the bartender immediately gives me a dirty look and asks for my ID. She got red and said she's not from here and needed to check. She came back and said "I know you're 21 but you can't sit at the bar. I can't accept tribal ID." So since they're racist, I don't see myself coming back. I've heard the food is good though, that's why I wanted to try it out. If you're Native American, have a state issued ID. read more

Fantastic food and service. We had the Buffalo chicken salad, smash burgers, and kids chicken tenders. Service was spot on and they had special treats for the kiddo since we visited on Easter. If we return to this city, we'd definitely return. read more

I rarely leave bad reviews, but the service here was honestly terrible. Our server didn't refill our water once, added sides to the check that came out with the meal instead of as separate items, and then disappeared after she took our order. She never came back to check on us or see if we needed anything. She showed up when it was time to pay. Our food wasn't even made correctly as what was stated on the menu. The rest of the staff seemed fine, but her attitude really ruined the experience. Definitely not coming back -- there are too many other places that actually value their customers. read more

We were in Sioux Falls for a soccer tournament and ended up as a team having a team dinner there. It was great that they could accommodate such a large party so I give them kudos for that. I will say that they have a nice drink selection and I had a few old fashions that were pretty good so hats off to the bartender. That's pretty much where the good ended. When it came to the food, I can't even say it was average bar food. My burger was dry and tasteless. I spoke to much of the group and didn't come across anyone (and there was over 20 of us) that was blown away by there meal. In fact, anyone who also had burgers said they were overdone and dry without flavor. One person who had a wrap said it was literally the worst wrap he has ever had in his life. Harsh! It was beyond disappointing when I got my regular order home and it is incomplete because they have now changed their menu... there was no mention that of that, so buyer beware! you can order an item that is on the regular permanent menu - charge the same amount but now you must pay extra to make it complete!!! This is a few weeks old. But we felt that we needed to try this after our first attempt said they had a long wait. We did the take out option on a not sure busy night. Ordering was simple and they were helpful. Orders jalapeño wonton. The raspberry sauce was a nice touch. They tasted well with very little heat. Next was some wings in their spicy bbq sauce. The sauce was ok. The wings were cooked right but not much crunch which I think makes a good wing. My wife ordered the Mac and cheese. It was not that good. The cheese was grainy. Hard to finish. It's a sports bar with food. I always ask if it's a bar with food or a restaurant with drinks. Definitely a bar with food. TV screens with sports up on the walls. Food was iffy. Many items not available. I'm fine with limited choices but maybe come up with a way to let the customers know that before they read the menu. Maybe cross them off the menu? We had drinks, wings and flatbread. My spicy garlic wings tasted more like Buffalo wings and they weren't traditional as I ordered but it was fine. My boyfriend and I used to love coming to Krav'n before the remodel and menu changes. It's the only place in town I could get a salad that would fill me up and eat easily with cut up chicken, a decent amount of chicken, and enough dressing for the salad. We went in there after the remodel, not knowing that they did that, and I ordered a salad like I always did and when it came out, it was smaller, the chicken was not cut up like it was before, the quality of the chicken when down... but guess what, THE PRICE WENT UP. why the heck am I paying more money, for LESS salad? We haven't been back. By the looks of the other reviews on yelp, seems like we are not the only unsatisfied patrons. I tell everyone how crappy Krav'n got after their remodel. Yeah, it's nice to walk on a new floor, but I'd rather have better quality food than a bigger tv for my boyfriend to watch the game on. read more

Stumbled across this spot when I was looking for a late night bite. Overall the vibe is nice, but no one was wearing mask. We walked in and everyone looked at us like we had three heads because we were wearing them. The food was ok. It was fresh, but a tad salty for my liking. I stopped in with a co-worker on 5/25, we had business in Sioux Falls and stayed at the hotel next to the restaurant We sat at the bar and were greeted immediately by a gentleman in a button up shirt. He welcomed us and let us know that Ashley would be right over to take care of us. Ashley was friendly and upbeat. The same gentleman that greeted us delivered our food and engaged us with some small talk. We asked about a good dinner spot for the evening, he said KRAVN with a smile. He told us to try "our" other restaurant called Barrel House. We did not wind up going there as we drank downtown that afternoon and evening. The food was good and the service was fantastic. There was another gal that also appeared to be a manager who was engaging with customers and was constantly moving around the restaurant. Overall, a great experience. A margarita is more than just sour mix and really should have some tequila in it. Returning our margaritas, I got a bourbon sour-my mistake to get a drink with the horrid sour mix. Should've gotten a beer I guess. The server was trying, but the product was poor and we couldn't honestly give a decent tip as both our orders got screwed up-I wanted tomato and no onions, opposite. My wife wanted onions-mine we're raw so that wouldn't have worked. The place was loud, especially with the drunk 20somethings outside. We were krav'n a fast exit. We had to wait a bit too long to be seated (table of 2) as they didn't have a "set" hostess. Our server was kind, warm, and attentive; our food was prepared and delivered quickly. The entire lunch break took less than 40 minutes, so if you're a corporate slave ~10 minutes from 69th and Louise, this would be a great place to break up the day and briefly forget about your miserable life. Taste: The dish was buffalo chicken pizza. 10 inches of greasy deliciousness filling up my insides. Honestly, one of the best pizza crusts I've had in Sioux Falls. Crispy and light, but strong enough to hold the toppings. The chicken was high in both quality (not gristly, well-cooked) and quantity (they loaded that motherfucker UP). A+, Krav'n (C- on the name though - yikes). Atmosphere: This place is big. High ceilings, space between tables/bar, and enough room for arcade games, to boot. I liked it. Could I see myself bringing a first date here? Absolutely not. Would I encourage the Delta Sigma Kappa fraternity to host a mixer here? Hell yeah. Whenever I'm in town, I stay at the Marriott right next to Kravn and I love being able to go to there for dinner or a drink. There's plenty of seating, live music on most Saturday nights, and the food is very reasonably priced. I got the fish tacos with a side of chips/queso. The queso is incredible -- definitely recommend!! You get two tacos, but they're large and filling. My group also split the nachos and they were delicious, perfect for a large group. read more

the bartender "Rock" is a self proclaimed superstar. He is very insulting and between his camping out in front of women he will shoot you a palm of his hand. He then later says he is too busy doing all his work to stop and wait on you. So tonight I wore a body camera and had 8 of my friends watch as I went up for service. He did his typical rude service to me. He even went further and it is on my video his saying "you need to learn manners and say please and thank you". Verified by video and my friends. I am a medical practitioner and I do not need a person saying that to me or anyone else. I am there because I like the place and it is close to home. one of my friends wife wanted to go tell him how he is wrong and stop. I work with medically complex kiddos. when I come there I want to have fun and relax. I would say nothing short that the service itself is at least decent the food is beyond mediocre at best ,the whole ordeal with the environment is great friendly the internal structure behind the scenes is something to be reckoned with it's not exactly what you would say meets the eye the way that I've seen staff treated speaks volumes for a company or a business that is supposed to be superb. Guest are treated adequately but their staff is definitely overworked underappreciated and definitely undervalued to see a business treat their employees as though they don't care is a bit overwhelming especially while still trying to be appealing to the nature of customer service but when you disgrace your management your employees your staff in general it tends to weigh in what really lurks behind the scenes when it comes to a company that is supposed to have principles and values if you do not meet their expectations or criteria you are ashamed both sometimes publicly in front of others as well as behind closed doors to be talked down to as though people are better than you or have more than you do but pretend to offer the ambiance and appearance of caring is a slap in the face to anybody who's willing to work for a company like this I definitely wish better for the people who actually do care and put their hard work and effort into making sure that the quality of the food and the customer experience is above board. read more

Service might have been the worst I've ever experienced at a nicer sit down place. One of us spilt a cup of water all over our table, ask 3 different waitresses to grab us a towel. Not a single one did even after we received our food. Ate our food and left the restaurant with a table full of water. Our waitress did not come to check on us a single time after taking our order. She wasn't even the one to bring us our food. Lastly, one of the people with us just didn't receive their meal. And we couldn't tell them simply because not a single waitress came to check on us the hour we were there. I have been past here a few times and never stopped in. The sign threw me a little, looked kind of gimmicky too me. I was staying close by so I asked the front desk staff about this place and they had only good things to say. So I am sitting here as I write this review. Everything has been top notch. Bartender was quick to come over and take my drink order. I asked about food suggestions and then ordered something different anyways, don't know why I do that.... I got the flatbread bbq chicken and it was very good. Then out of the blue the tender asks what I want for a drink next. Apparently someone was buying a round for everyone, flood the rink!
