Guess what, I paid $1200 and the problem is still there. Basically wasted over $1000. Not nice. Those parts did not need to be replaced other than the suspicion they were causing the noise. Also, good luck getting a hold of Frank. I had to call numerous times, leaving numerous messages and send numerous emails (over many days and weeks), before finally getting a call back from Frank for an appt. Definitely not customer-oriented. Must already have too many clients. Time to find a new mechanic.

I came here to deal with some noise issues I had and left the car, less than an hour later they called to tell me the car is ready. I have been a client of Roy Rump & Sons for about 4 years now and each time I've needed them, I was made to feel welcome by both the front-desk folks and the mechanical technicians. They explain all repairs clearly and with patience. They always provide as accurate an estimate as possible and, if they diagnose an issue and discover it was a simpler fix than they thought at the time, they gladly tell me that it will not cost as much to fix and that kind of honesty is why I will never go anywhere else. They always send me reports with digital photos and videos of the work along with their recommendations to keep my SUV in good working condition. There in only one little drawback... because they are so popular for all the things I mentioned, they are very busy a lot of the time and it can affect how soon they can book an appointment with you but, it is always worth the wait. I can't say enough great things about this Garage. Don't waste your time or your money elsewhere. Cynthia F.

I notice 2 horrible reviews her on yelp. On google they have a near perfect score. In my opinion, the two reviews don't hold water. One is by someone listed as being in California, with only one review. The other is local, also one review. I'm guessing they are fake accounts. Do with that what you will.
