DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my car here for an alignment on my 1998 Toyota 4Runner. They quoted me over the phone that the price of my alignment would be $109. When I came back after the work was completed, the bill was $130ish and some change. I asked why my bill is higher than what was quoted and the manager stated that "The work took longer than usual". The fact that they can charge you $20 plus more than what was quoted just because the work took longer than usual is price discrimination. Whenever they have a sales person write up your bill before they work on your car, they never actually tell you the total until after the work is done. They don't tell you because they change the price on everyone based on how much more money they can make off of them. They are an extremely unethical company and refused to make the problem right even after taking multiple vehicles to them in the past. I've done serious Offroad and never had this problem especially on such a simple road Horrible experience. after a week of trying get the right rims and wheels, balanced and adjusted correctly one tire went flat on the first rocky road I went down (very mild gravel rock ) tires bought specifically for on/ off road use. Was told it was my fault, nothing they can do about it except sell me another tire. I've done serious Offroad and never had this problem especially on such a simple road. Really believe it was something wrong with tire or install. Will never give Bosley business again nor send people there. read more

I went in for a tire leak and they told me we'll check it if you rotate your tires I was ok with that they said the fixed it. I still had the leak. When I came back they didn't have the help to look at the tire and told me to come back. I have done business for years here. I will be try someone new for the repair. read more

Total disaster doing business at the west side Bosley tire store. Dont do business with Hunter who opted to not order the tire as agreed to prior to my arrival then when I did show up he had to finish playing a game on his cellphone when i showed up at 2:45. My tire was not ordered so they removed mine off the truck and broke it down so they could hold me hostage while they went to there warehose to get the tire he failed to order previously. I went in July of 2019 for tires. They did not offer any kind of inspection. I spent about 400.00 on 2 tires just to have them wear out in less than a year. I went back June 2020 to ask about my issue. They said it was my fault and didn't offer to do anything about it. I will NEVER do business here again. We own 8 vehicles and from now on they will only go to Firestone. Where they do a complementary inspection on your vehicle before you put tires on. read more

My car was making a knocking and clunking sound at the rear suspension, and there was vibration and a knocking sound at the front drivers side. Obviously suspension! I requested a "suspension inspection" to find out what was going on. They took my car in, and told me they couldn't find anything wrong, except that the passenger rear sway bar link (that I installed) was not tightened enough. And that maybe I should go get a second opinion. (Pretty bad that they are not confident in their own assessment.) I asked if they could tighten it, and they said that they wont follow somebody elses work. Not like I am asking them to commit a felony. Then they told me that they don't inspect noises! That would have been nice to know in the first place. Instead being made to feel that they would be able to pin point the issue. Then on my invoice, it says that it was an alignment inspection, and not a suspension inspection. So what did they really look at? I feel like I just pissed away $25. My car is still making noises, and there is vibration, and the ride is not smooth. Very disappointed. read more

Customers beware if you allow their incompetent staff to drive your vehicle! It's your word against theirs and they like to make promises they won't keep. It's unfortunate that they've taken advantage of a honest, wonderful family that I've know for almost 30 years. They have refused to compensate them for the damage done to their RV by one of the employees. The insurance has finally settled with them, but it's $1435 LESS than what they paid for the RV. They went back to Bosley with the hope that they'd make good on the money they were out, to no avail. Curious to know more? Here's the full story: Those of you who know me well know that I am very slow to anger. But I have been livid since around noon and hopefully venting here will let me calm down enough to sleep tonight. As many of you are aware, we are in the process of selling our house and moving to the Finger Lakes region of New York. We purchased a used RV to stay in while house hunting and waiting to close. Last Thursday, we picked it up from the dealer and drove it Bosley Tire Service for a set of New tires. Two plus hours later, we pay the bill and are waylaid as we are leaving that they need to talk to us. Their employee had scraped the passenger side when pulling out of the bay. We go look and there is yellow paint from just before the front door all the way to the back (20+ feet), the railing has torn away at the bottom leaving a hole that you can see through, the day old awning arms are slightly bent, the awning has a foot long tear and there is a vertical gash near the back. They tell us they will take care of it. I think no problem, mistakes happen. We drive it back to the dealer to find out where to take it for repair. The estimate turns out to be $10,000 which is not much less than we paid for it. Bosley offers to buy it for what we paid for it. That sounds fair but doesn't help us because the only replacement we can find is in Lodi, CA. So we asked for a replacement instead. No, they won't do that. Okay, we will sell it to them and bring in the title. So today, we take in the title and all of the paperwork per their request. We haven't had a chance to register the vehicle because we were handed the title as we were leaving to go get the tires. In other words they wrecked it before we could go to the tag office. It is raining hard, there are two holes in the side and they expected us to pick up the vehicle and drive it to them. They need to see it before they buy it. Why, what more do they think has happened to it? Do they think we are trying to rip them off? So finally, they decide that we need to drive one of their managers to the RV dealer so he can look at it, give us the check and then drive it back to Bosley's. We wait and wait for them to tell us a time when we can go. I finally get fed up and say we will just go get it but we want a cashier's check ready when we get back. We drive all the way to Augusta to pick up the RV and as we are getting the keys, I get a phone call that the title isn't clear. I say what are you talking about, we paid cash of course it is clear. Well, since we had not registered it before they wrecked it, it wasn't clear. We couldn't have received the title in our name even if we had registered it on the way. Our dealership called Bosley to try and straighten things out and offer to help expedite the title exchange. They informed the dealership that they were not going to buy it, they were turning it into insurance and that we were to deal with the insurance company. They literally said they were washing their hands of us. The office manager was the only member of management that didn't treat us as some kind of grifter and that their inconvenience was some how our fault. The first thing you see when you walk into the showroom are pictures of Jesus, scripture and crosses. Each desk has a sign that says "Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking" . It is all a show, they certainly do not practice it. We have purchased tires from them before, But never again. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO AVOID THEM. read more

I've been coming here for about 2-3 years now but on Friday 07/28 I went in so I could have some wheels that I bought get put on. After waiting about 10-15 minutes I was told by the person who was putting the wheels on that they don't fit, and that I should just buy some of theirs. So I just took my wheels and went home. I decided to do it myself, and guess what... they FIT! like what kind of "workers" do they have back there. I'm not coming back anytime soon. I went to Bosleys tires to put rims on my new car. I picked out two sets I liked, had them to put one on. After putting them on I informed the salesman I didn't like that one. Because it was near closing time he told me to come back Monday and they would switch them out. Unfortunately for me they needed to talk to the owner who was not available that day nor the next day nor the next day. Now its Friday, a whole week has gone by. The salesman informed me that the owner would not make the change because the (RIMS ARE USED NOW) and he could not resale them. FYI there is a statement on the receipt ALL SALES FINAL but you won't see that until you have already made the purchase. Buyers beware!!! This place has turned into a joke. Purchased some tires 2 weeks ago and one tire blew out the sidewall going down the highway. I was forced to purchase another tire at full price. They don't stand behind what they sell. Per manufacturer warranty there is a 30 day ride guarantee written in black and white and also confirmed with manufacturer after a 2 minute conversation with them. But good ole Bosley and their Christian views there is no such warranty provided by the manufacturer even after pointing it out to them and still acting like they don't see it.
