I told him that wasn't necessary. He quoted me a very affordable price so I went ahead and got two tires. He didn't charge me any extra to mount, balance, or rotate my tires. I was in and out of there within 25 minutes. I will say there is no waiting area so I had to sit outside, but it was worth it. I was so close to going to a namebrand store, but I'm so glad I chose to support local business.

I was later informed that the tires could not be removed because the vehicle has a wheel lock, so only the alignment was performed. What is unacceptable is that the wheel lock key was in the glove compartment, and no one made any effort to contact me to ask about it. Instead, they proceeded without the tire replacement and waited until I called to ask when my car would be ready. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was met with hostility rather than accountability, as though the issue was my fault. Clear communication and basic customer service were lacking throughout this visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I would say more but I would just be assuming but they're are way better places to take your car who actually value your dollar and show courtesy and respect. Ps. I don't normally write reviews unless service is atrocious

When I took my car in I told the technician I thought it needed a new purge Valve Solonoid according to my Diagnostic Checker. Tech told me they would need to do their own Diagnostic Check and that would run $185. On top of that it would be parts and labor. When it was all said and done I was charged $961. $361 of that was for the part they needed. As I did some research the OP/994-917 part was readily available at just about any NAPA store for between $120 on the Low Side to $175 on the High Side. Definetaly less than a $200 part. Kansasland Andover marked this part up over 200% On top of that They charges for 1 hour of Labor at $210 / hr. I'm ok (sorta) with the labor charge. Thats why I brought it to a professional. I'm also (sorta) ok with Kansas Land doing their own Diagnostic. But to upcharge a standard $150 part to cost $346 is simply gouging the customer. I will never be back. Lost a good customer today forever, all becuause of price gouging. Sales Person was C. Thomas.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any mechanic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more On October 22nd I went in for an oil change unaware that came with a free inspection. At first I was happy but once I saw the recommendations were fluids and simple filters I opted out, the manager immediately cut me off and opened the door to yell at his guys to "Pull the land rover out"... After a few minutes my car was ready to leave. I immediately get blasted with dust and dirt all over my cabin and hear a terrible grinding noise. I turn off my AC since I was late to get back to work. After doing some reading I decide to peak into my filter before going back to them since they clearly caused some type of damage only to find they had installed my filter upside down which dumped a ton of dust and dirty into the clean side of my air system AND they had stuffed about a cubic foot of lint/debris into my blower fan ($3000 repair by the way). I have picture and video evidence of all of this. These dudes are the lowest of the low. Avoid!
