I was later informed that the tires could not be removed because the vehicle has a wheel lock, so only the alignment was performed. What is unacceptable is that the wheel lock key was in the glove compartment, and no one made any effort to contact me to ask about it. Instead, they proceeded without the tire replacement and waited until I called to ask when my car would be ready. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was met with hostility rather than accountability, as though the issue was my fault. Clear communication and basic customer service were lacking throughout this visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I would say more but I would just be assuming but they're are way better places to take your car who actually value your dollar and show courtesy and respect. Ps. When people say, your mechanic is your best friend, I am not exaggerating when I say I feel that way about All American Automotive. I purchased tires 20 plus times, they are always balanced and for a couple of dollars more I use nitrogen. I've had alignments and all the rest removed and replaced without a complaint, but with customer satisfaction: water pumps, belts, brakes, timing belt, tune ups, oil changes, shocks, struts, you name it. I must be the lucky one, because i have never had to bring anything back or go bad on me after I left the shop due to poor workmanship. All I have had is great quality service at a fair and reasonable price. I will always continue returning to All American Automotive, even if something would go wrong, it would not compare to all the times I have been treated so kindly.

No one was hurt thankfully and the owner apologized, accepted fault and claimed he would make this right. Unfortunately that has not been the case.
