I ordered some Maxxis tires from Discount Tire and made appt to have them installed on my Kawasaki Teryx4. I brought the tires and vehicle in and was called and told they cant install beadlock tires secondary to liability. Only way is that I put them in. I agreed to do this. I get a second call telling me that they quit because they felt the beadlock pop and stopped doing it. He asked me if I have taken them off, and I told him they have never been touched. I took the side by side home and proceeded to remove all the beadlocks except for the one that was stripped. I bought a bolt extractor and removed it easily and replaced it with an M8 bolt. I can't believe a company will sell a tire they can't mount, totally inane. Maybe they do well with car tires but my experience was completely negative. Why doesn't a tire company have an extractor kit. Yeah I returned the tires since they couldn't install it. read more

Always helpful technicians. Fairly quick service. For the price, they are about the same as anywhere else. I have ordered new tires, and have had tire repairs done there. My wife had a low tire once and they filled it up with air and fixed a small hole for free! Little things like that will keep me going back. read more

Went in today around 4pm. Of course they were swamped! (19 other customers ahead of me! Was told what I needed done would be done by 7 pm. Had to trade out my regular tires for the winter ones I had for the season. Got a text at 6:15 saying they were done. Went to pick up the car; no charge (bec I had bought these tires last year), they asked me if I had other tire sockets (forgot to let them know it was in the glove compartment) they put on a set NO CHARGE! I arrived here just after 3pm with low pressure indicator light. Was thinking that I would having to wait hours to get service. They greeted me well and signed me in right away before they asked for keys to inspect the tires. I had no idea which tire was going low. After 10 minutes, I was told it was the rear driver tire and they will inspect closer and keep me informed. By 3:27 I was back on the road and feeling much relieved! There was a hole in the tire with whatever put it there missing so Discount Tire service plugged it and ensured all tire pressure was safe to drive. No charge! One of my tires had a slow leak and I decided to bring my truck to Discount to have it repaired. Although there were about half a dozen other customers there they took it in almost immediately. Twenty minutes later they called my name to let me know it was finished. As I was taking my wallet out to pay I was told there was no charge! About three months later my wife's vehicle needed new tires so I took it to Discount. They put on a set of quality name brand tires at a price that was less than other tire places around here, and did it quickly. Definitely recommend this place. read more

I couldn't tell you how there service for the car was. All I can say is the customer service is held at such a low bar I stood in there lobby 15 minutes. The staff and techs at this location were very friendly and considerate. They listened carefully and worked to accommodate my requests. Service was quick and they explained what they were doing. I had them replace tires on my travel trailer. They balanced the tires and were careful when jacking the trailer to avoid axle damage. I was pleased they verified required torque and actually got out a torque wrench to verify torque rather than just using air gun settings. Tire pressures were also set correctly. I shopped online at several places and found the tires I wanted at the cheapest price. I went to the Discount Tire website and noticed that they price match, within a couple of hours I got a call from them saying they would not only match the cheaper online price but gave me an additional $3 per tire off, it's not a lot but a great gesture. I went to the store a week later and purchased the tires and another week later they were installed in about 35 minutes. Outstanding customer service and installation experience. Thank you Cody. The day after I had the tires put on I made a 100 mile drive and found at least one tire fairly out of balance at highway speeds (75-80 mph). On a recommendation from a friend I went to Discount Tire in Derby. From the time I arrived I was treated very well. There was a little mix up with my service. When I brought it up to the manager he immediately took charge and made sure I was completely satisfied! It's not often these days that customer service shines like it does here. Tires are a huge investment in the safety and function of my vehicle. When I invest almost a thousand dollars in tires I want the best. I bought Bridgestone tires for my truck and the rep that handled my Sale was fast knowledgeable and mounted the tires with the balance weights on the interior. The spare tire was mounted back on the truck right so I don't hear it rattle when I hit a bump. I've bought tires many times from Discount Tire in my Home Northglenn, Co. I spoke with Jeremy over the phone. He was knowledgeable and gave me a quick, significantly lower quote than the ones I was getting in ICT! He got me in that morning. Michael helped me when I got there. He has 12 years working with tires! He did a thorough inspection of my car and showed me why my tires were all losing air and how it had happened. The appointment took less than the 45 minutes he promised, and with all the stores, restaurants and shopping mall behind, there is no lack of things to do while you wait. These guys also buffed out the chrome on the inside wheel well and sprayed a sealant so the air loss won't happen again. They did that FREE OF CHARGE! They will balance, rotate and maintain my tires, again FREE OF CHARGE! They are going to text reminder notices for the maintenance, so I don't have to remember. This is a great place with fast and friendly service. I was passing through on the freeway when I struck a big chunk of metal - a brake drum from a semi truck. It ripped apart the metal rim on my front left wheel. Being the day after Christmas, I was not optimistic about getting back on the road anytime soon. But these guys hooked me up with a new wheel and in a couple of hours I was back on the road. No BS and no sweat. read more
