I shopped online at several places and found the tires I wanted at the cheapest price. I went to the Discount Tire website and noticed that they price match, within a couple of hours I got a call from them saying they would not only match the cheaper online price but gave me an additional $3 per tire off, it's not a lot but a great gesture. I went to the store a week later and purchased the tires and another week later they were installed in about 35 minutes. Outstanding customer service and installation experience. Thank you Cody. The day after I had the tires put on I made a 100 mile drive and found at least one tire fairly out of balance at highway speeds (75-80 mph). I called when I got back and they did not hesitate to make it right. We'll see how they are when I take them in to actually get the balance checked. read more

I arrived to the store around 9 AM and requested service to help remove a nail from my tire. Joe said that it should be about an hour and 15 minutes so I told Joe I would stay at the shop and waited there. At 10:04 AM I got a text message with an invoice, but no one notified me of any updates. I wasn't sure what the workflow was, so I sat and waited patiently. Three hours later around 12:20, a little irritated from seeing many people come in after me and leave before me, I go to the front and ask if I hop over to Chick-fil-A to grab some food, how will I be notified? And the other guy said I would get a text message. After ordering my sandwich, I thought about if the invoice was the text message he was referring to. After wasting money on a meal to kill time, I head back and then Joe runs up to me and hand me the keys and said they just finished up but they didn't call me because they did something weird with the paperwork. I have a feeling that Joe lied to my face and the car was done earlier, he just did not give it to me. I finally left around 12:40 PM. I'm not sure why Joe did not follow up with me when it was taking longer than expected. I tried being as patient as possible, but waiting at the tire shop for almost 4 hours when being quoted 1 hour and 15 minutes is very painful. I normally get tires here for my other car, however the service was so bad that I will have to look into Costco or Bosley. read more

I came in to get new tires and the whole staff was so nice and helpful! They helped me pick out the best tires for my car and answered all my questions. Everything was done perfectly and extremely quickly! Will definitely use this location if we ever need anything. read more

These guys are professional and spot on! Great quick service. Went in without an appointment because rear right tire kept loosing pressure...tire was fixed and was out in 30 minutes. read more

Came in with a screw in our tire. They don't have our tire but they switched out the spare for free. Checked all tires to ensure we were safe. Great team. read more

I ordered some Maxxis tires from Discount Tire and made appt to have them installed on my Kawasaki Teryx4. I brought the tires and vehicle in and was called and told they cant install beadlock tires secondary to liability. Only way is that I put them in. I agreed to do this. I get a second call telling me that they quit because they felt the beadlock pop and stopped doing it. He asked me if I have taken them off, and I told him they have never been touched. I took the side by side home and proceeded to remove all the beadlocks except for the one that was stripped. I bought a bolt extractor and removed it easily and replaced it with an M8 bolt. I can't believe a company will sell a tire they can't mount, totally inane. Maybe they do well with car tires but my experience was completely negative. Why doesn't a tire company have an extractor kit. Yeah I returned the tires since they couldn't install it. read more

Always helpful technicians. Fairly quick service. For the price, they are about the same as anywhere else. I have ordered new tires, and have had tire repairs done there. My wife had a low tire once and they filled it up with air and fixed a small hole for free! Little things like that will keep me going back. read more

Went in today around 4pm. Of course they were swamped! (19 other customers ahead of me! Was told what I needed done would be done by 7 pm. Had to trade out my regular tires for the winter ones I had for the season. Got a text at 6:15 saying they were done. Went to pick up the car; no charge (bec I had bought these tires last year), they asked me if I had other tire sockets (forgot to let them know it was in the glove compartment) they put on a set NO CHARGE! Guys are awesome! Thank you discount tires!!!!! These guys work hard and fast!!! read more

I arrived here just after 3pm with low pressure indicator light. Was thinking that I would having to wait hours to get service. They greeted me well and signed me in right away before they asked for keys to inspect the tires. I had no idea which tire was going low. After 10 minutes, I was told it was the rear driver tire and they will inspect closer and keep me informed. By 3:27 I was back on the road and feeling much relieved! There was a hole in the tire with whatever put it there missing so Discount Tire service plugged it and ensured all tire pressure was safe to drive. No charge! HUGE THANK YOU from Oklahoma customer! read more

One of my tires had a slow leak and I decided to bring my truck to Discount to have it repaired. Although there were about half a dozen other customers there they took it in almost immediately. Twenty minutes later they called my name to let me know it was finished. As I was taking my wallet out to pay I was told there was no charge! About three months later my wife's vehicle needed new tires so I took it to Discount. They put on a set of quality name brand tires at a price that was less than other tire places around here, and did it quickly. Definitely recommend this place. read more

awful. car brought in for tire repair. came back after ready. tire not fixed. brought back next day, said they didn't repair it day before and refused to repair it. have the receipt to prove it. done with discount tire read more

Smart and friendly people. Good at what they do. Had to special order tires which took a while. But it all got done and everything is great!

I couldn't tell you how there service for the car was. All I can say is the customer service is held at such a low bar I stood in there lobby 15 minutes. Was never greeted, never had someone try to help me even when an employee was not busy. I walked back out never exchanging one word with anyone in this store. Went to The Garage and had an experience that was just the opposite. read more

The service is always excellent. Nobody balances tires like Discount Tire and Sean is a great manager.

The staff and techs at this location were very friendly and considerate. They listened carefully and worked to accommodate my requests. Service was quick and they explained what they were doing. I had them replace tires on my travel trailer. They balanced the tires and were careful when jacking the trailer to avoid axle damage. I was pleased they verified required torque and actually got out a torque wrench to verify torque rather than just using air gun settings. Tire pressures were also set correctly. I was very satisfied with the whole process. read more

I have been using Discount Tire for a couple of years now. They are always pleasant and move people through there quickly even though they are always busy! Great customer service! read more

On a recommendation from a friend I went to Discount Tire in Derby. From the time I arrived I was treated very well. There was a little mix up with my service. When I brought it up to the manager he immediately took charge and made sure I was completely satisfied! It's not often these days that customer service shines like it does here. I was totally satisfied with the service I was given. Just observing while I was waiting it appears that every customer is treated with respect! I will be using Discount Tire for my tire needs from now on. Thank you guys for renewing my faith in a business that offers a service and actually cares about customers! read more

This was my very first experience with a Discount Tire store and I must say EVERYTHING went smoothly from my very first contact via phone clear through getting the new tires on my vehicle and driving off the lot. They are fast.....thorough......friendly........offer great pricing......and have one of the best tire warranties out there! I thought all "road hazard warranties" were the same (or a least similar). Was I WRONG! Discount Tire has the BEST! I have purchased tires in the past from NTB National Tire and Battery as well as Firestone and Walmart. I used to travel for my job and thought it was wise to get tires from a place that had chain stores all over the regions in which I traveled. Those three stores had very similar road hazard warranties so I "assumed" Discount Tire's would be about the same. Once I got to checking on the internet prior to my appointment today, I learned that Discount Tire has the best one available!! In addition to the lowest tire prices, I learned that I have free air checks, free rotation and balancing, and free flat tire repairs for the life of my new tires. And if that wasn't enough, I also got a rebate for a prepaid MasterCard. I was able to fill out some very basic information online to get the rebate completed. (You also have the option of printing a rebate form and filling it out manually submitting via mail.) I rarely find a company that qualifies for 5 Stars.....but Discount Tire easily met all my customer service needs. read more

My daughter and her 2 young daughters were running on terrible tires. Thank goodness for the good people at Discount Tires that helped her out. Their kindness and good hearts have helped my 3 girls be safe. Thank you! read more

Tires are a huge investment in the safety and function of my vehicle. When I invest almost a thousand dollars in tires I want the best. I bought Bridgestone tires for my truck and the rep that handled my Sale was fast knowledgeable and mounted the tires with the balance weights on the interior. The spare tire was mounted back on the truck right so I don't hear it rattle when I hit a bump. I've bought tires many times from Discount Tire in my Home Northglenn, Co. When I had an incident on the road knowing needed new tires soon anyway I looked for the nearest Discount Store. I was in and out under an hour. The coffee was even hot and fresh. read more

Wow!! The initial phone contact with Michael this morning was perfect customer service. Keithan who checked me in when I arrived was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. No charge to remove the screw and repair the tire! Keithan discussed the condition of my tires with me, suggested when he would recommend replacing them, and reviewed the procedure with me. Perfect customer service experience. Way to go guys, I'll be back! read more

I spoke with Jeremy over the phone. He was knowledgeable and gave me a quick, significantly lower quote than the ones I was getting in ICT! He got me in that morning. Michael helped me when I got there. He has 12 years working with tires! He did a thorough inspection of my car and showed me why my tires were all losing air and how it had happened. The appointment took less than the 45 minutes he promised, and with all the stores, restaurants and shopping mall behind, there is no lack of things to do while you wait. These guys also buffed out the chrome on the inside wheel well and sprayed a sealant so the air loss won't happen again. They did that FREE OF CHARGE! They will balance, rotate and maintain my tires, again FREE OF CHARGE! They are going to text reminder notices for the maintenance, so I don't have to remember. The cost was under $500 for all 4 tires on my Lexus and I got a mid-grade tire! read more

Great place to buy tires. While having the tires checked before our trip we were informed that the tires were over ten years old and needed to be replaced. Within a few minutes we had picked a set of tires from a few options and had them installed while we waited. Fast, friendly and professional. They will fix a flat and check your tire pressure for free. read more

I work in Derby on the weekends and walked out of work to a flat tire. Brought my car over to Discount Tire and they were able to get me in right away and filled all my tires for me for no charge. Great customer service and I even got serenaded while I was waiting . Thanks for making my drive back to NE Wichita a safe one! read more

This is a great place with fast and friendly service. I was passing through on the freeway when I struck a big chunk of metal - a brake drum from a semi truck. It ripped apart the metal rim on my front left wheel. Being the day after Christmas, I was not optimistic about getting back on the road anytime soon. But these guys hooked me up with a new wheel and in a couple of hours I was back on the road. No BS and no sweat. read more

Service is pretty good but the wait time is terrible (even if you make an appointment).
