Adding insult to injury, the oil did not need changing as the previous owner had recently changed the oil. Upselling to women is so disrespectful. Upselling to older women is even more disrespectful. They said once the fuel system was fixed they would check it. They did not. Two weeks after picking up the truck, the chirping and shifting got so bad I returned. After a day, AM then told me the engine was shot. They also claimed I never told them about the problem. I didn't appreciate being charged $1400 an a vehicle that was nearly dead anyway, but this may have been a simple oversight. Still, the service was friendly and the prices are good. I feel the shop should have been more careful.

However, it's true, he's an outlaw in the automotive world simply because he's not like any other shop or mechanic whose goal it is to overcharge and under service. Kevin can't stand the way automotive shops double or triple the price of parts and charge outrageous amounts for work to be done. While I was quoted anywhere from $1500-$900 by multiple other shops, Kevin helped me my own brand new parts for half the cost, he came to my home and made the repairs in less than three hours for a fair and sensible hourly rate. He sincerely wants to help get your repairs done at a reasonable cost. I'm very pleased that I chose Kevin for my automotive repairs, knowing that he saved me both time and money, and knowing that my costs went directly to an honest and hard-working person. I go get my tire gauge and test the tire myself at home. It was, in fact, 10 psi down. I take my truck back to them and they informed me they wouldnt have time to get to it today. So shady. Just go down the road to Discount Tire, they happily helped me without being shady. Side note, both times I entered the business both guys seemed annoyed a customer walked in.

Short story: use these guys. They'll take care of you. The long story is... Long story short(ish), I had an alignment after replacing some parts, and made it to South Dakota for a week, driving around, and then halfway back, my wheel starts clanking. I think I've eaten a wheel bearing. I make it to Concordia, KS, where I get ready to tear down the car. Loose lugnuts. I tilt a hundred and eighty degrees out of whack, tighten everything, and walk in the next day to talk to a manager. I'm trying to be reasonable, but I'm also pretty angry. He swears that an alignment tech never touches my wheels, but to make me happy, he's going to call up and get me replacement studs and lugnuts, and refund the charge for the lifetime alignment, while continuing to honor it. Fast-forward to 6-8 months later. I'm tearing down my suspension to put in new springs, shocks, swaybars; the whole kit and kaboodle. I get to the roll-centering kit, and I have a revelation so embarrassing, I feel this complete and utter shame roll over me. I remember what Gary told me, and now I understand exactly what he was saying, and how true it was that the event previously wasn't remotely the alignment tech's fault. I called, realized I had Gary, and humbled myself to apologize and tell him "I'd like to get this scheduled, and I'd like to pay you for the alignment again, since I've realized exactly what you were saying was true." He wouldn't accept it. He asked me to keep coming back to him, and keep being a good customer. I told him I'd promote the **** out of the business everywhere I could, even at the expense of personal public embarrassment for being an idiot who didn't tighten down his ****in' lugnuts. He accepted, and here we are. Go see Gary, Colby, and the techs at Firestone. They'll take care of you, even when you're dead wrong and they know it.

Jeremy had me pretty convinced he was a great mechanic with a kind heart. He even committed…read moreinsurance fraud to make sure my vehicle was fixed (I did not have $1000 for my deductible, so he worked it in to the total, insurance paid him). After spending close to 6K on an engine replacement with Jeremy, I was assured from him personally that he has never had any problems with the engines he has purchased in the past from this dealer and he has never ever had any issues completing a warranty exchange. Warranty included parts and labor for 1 year from the date of install. Even after staying on top of oil changes and other normal maintenance required for the vehicle, less then 6 months after the replacement the engine needed replaced, AGAIN! I was given a bad engine. My original engine only needed the timing chain fixed but instead of being ethical, he wanted money. He told me I basically had to replace the engine and so I did. Since the timing chain was the only problem with my original engine and he lied to me, basically forcing me to replace the engine and not fix the timing issue. Jeremy doesn't follow any business ethics guidelines or rules and is only looking to make a quick buck when he can. I was not refunded my money, my engine wasn't replaced and not once has he offered other options to make this right so my family has a working, safe, reliable car!!!!
