The customer service individual was very rude and told me that they don't accept my insurance. I informed them that I could pay the expenses upfront and I would work with my insurance to be reimbursed. I was told to go somewhere else that they would not look at my car. I would thing twice before taking your car to a place where they allow someone rude people to work.

How does showing a cell phone require me prohibiting anyone from speaking at any time? It doesn't. I dropped off my vehicle and they checked the alignment all over and recommended that I get all 4 done since it was off. It was $100 for the whole vehicle or $80 for just the front which I called for. They did a great job and I got my vehicle back before the kids got out of school to get them picked up. Not everyone does alignments.
