I love love these sheets, soft warm and if you have a big bed, you know the sheets are expensive. Been a customer for over 30 years! Missed paying my c/c statement by 3 days - balance was only $33 - i pay in full every month. They charged me a $30.00 late fee - interest rate has gone up to 34.99%. I have excellent credit.... requested a refund of my late charge and was told I would need to write a letter and dispute this charge and upload documents to support my reasoning!! Idiots! Bought a couch and recliner, good prices for both, sales person was great. However, they both have a very strong chemical smell, and I cannot use them, especially the recliner, can't sit in it for any length of time. Called both the manufacture and Boscov's to see if they could do anything for me, clean them or return them and was pretty much told to pound sand since I've had them for 5 months. While I get that it's been 5 months, you would think the "new" smell would be gone by now. So now I am stuck with furniture that I can't even enjoy. Never again will I buy from Boscov's, never. read more

Very bad experience at Boscovs in Toms River, NJ today! A manager and CS said merchandise credits don't expire but the one I have miraculously doesn't exist I am told! I also work in retail for another large corporation and NEVER REFUSE A CUSTOMER. I do call there corporate office and they are currently working on finding this to reissue me a new credit. However, this should never of happened, barcode is faded but other barcode is perfectly readable along with PIN number. Now I know why I don't like shopping at Boscovs! They run it like it's a junk store! They call me back and said they cannot find it. Boscovs stole $49.00 from me on a merchandise credit. If these people shop where I work and need help I will REFUSE THEM! And I always remember a face who gives me trouble! read more

I went shopping for clothes at Boscov's I bought five pairs of pants seven shirts five pairs of pants that I bought they were marked as extra-large and they were mediums how do you run a store like that employees how to make that error because you're hung up the pants on a rack in the Publix not gonna do that it's really a terrible place it's not run well at all and I wasted an hour and a half in that place I don't recommend Boscov's to anyone there they're not very organized and they don't care it was a disaster trying to find something I realized when I went home that everything was mismarked they said extra large on the item hanger and it wasn't buyer beware read more

Horrible store. The merchandise is fine but only 25% of the fitting rooms are open.... Always. And I waited in line to pay, longer than the entire time it took me to shop. There were 4 people in front of me and yet it was still a 20 minute wait. Absolutely unacceptable! I'll definitely think twice before coming back to this store! read more

Fire Essence , the one playing victimri crying for being called out on being a bitch after she yelled at a customer when they aaked for something and she was the one being rude. She was saying I don't know how to call or look up things at syores, go to my manager, she was here, you cou could have gone to her. The person was on line and Essence was talking to the manager. Not only that , she yelled at the customer with one other person in line, say, "Look at what you're doing! You're making her wait! See, see, see whst your doing. Then management sticks up for her because the customer called her out on her rude and unprofessional behavior by calling her what she acted which was a bi---. When you act like Bi--, Be prepared to be called out on it. Bravo to her for her crying performance. Hey management, why don't you gove the poor thing a raise since you don't listen to what customerss say about what your employees do. They don't need accountability. They just need to cry, act like a victim, and play you idiots for a bunch of fools and lie about what they said and how they said it. Pathetic. read more

Great store to shop at. I always find what I'm looking for. They have popular designers and lots of choices. Terrific shoe department and many nice choices for cocktail dresses. I love their casual clothing too. I like to change my comforters and always buy very pretty ones there. read more

The manager at the optical shop (Sherri) is wonderful! She was very helpful, polite, and patient. The day I was there, there were more than 5 customers there at the same time and she handled everyone with professionalism. In addition, your "2 pair" promotion was very economical. Also, the glasses were ordered, made and delivered in about 4 days! Quite impressive. She is a credit to your company and an asset that should be recognized. Please relay my words of thanks to her. With retail business closing down due to other stores building on selections and competitive pricing and employees to handle questions and sales you would think others stores would fight back and stay focused and fight back rather than just waiting and dying a slow death . read more

This is the third time I have had Issues with this store, and one of the issues is the conduct and attitude of the cashiers, I have tried several times to contact the Manager and to no avail, I don't get a call back, I have reported the conduct of some of the cashiers to Assistant Managers, and they inform me that they will report it , and that I should notify the Manager, the issues is when I check out the cashiers don't say Thank You, are Greet You, in a professional manner, I was in the store on Saturday Feb,7th 2015, and I was on one side of the register there were two cashiers one on each side, there was a customer in front of me who was being helped , and i thought the other cashier was busy as well, but she didn't have a customer, she was just wrapping some items and then she was just standing there doing noting , I stood on the opposite side for five mins, before I asked her was she busy, she said no, I was floored and asked her why she didn't call me to check out, she claimed she didn't see see me, after I checked out with her, she didn't say Thank You, no apology , so I asked her what do you say after you check out a customer? she pointed at a tag on the bag of the items that I had just purchase that read Thank You, and said you mean that, I said Yes THAT, she replied oh well thank you. i reported it to the assistant manager in the store , again she tells me she will talk the employee and gave me the Managers name and phone number, called her again "no reply". read more
