She made everything easy by providing a few options for excursions for each day along with descriptions to allow our family to choose and easily customize our trip to meet our needs. The hotel choices were fantastic and the day tours were exceptional. She helped us to best determine the number of days to spend in each area we visited (Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre, Bologna and Venice) to see and do what we wanted in each area. We had the family trip of a lifetime with everything completely organized so that we could just focus on our trip and family time spent together. Exceptional service! Kris planned a trip to Africa for my mother and a companion who are seniors - both with mobility issues. My mother had dreamed of a trip like this but didn't think it possible due to arthritis and neuropathy which makes it difficult for her to walk at times. Fear not - Kris had everything completely planned for them to accommodate for the mobility issues to allow both of them to truly experience everything just as an able bodied person could. We spent the most incredible week in Costa Rica, arranged by Jessica at Gökotta Travel. Started in…read morethe Arenal Volcano Region at Tabacón Resort and finished with the beach at Tamarindo. The gorgeous scenery and wildlife sightings made us all fall in love with the Arenal area and La Fortuna. Best sightings were the monkeys, toucan, owls, colorful birds and reptiles that we saw hiking, zip-lining and floating through the rainforest. The guides were all so amazing at spotting the hidden wildlife and they were such a joy be around and learn from. You could tell they loved their jobs and were proud to share their extraordinary country with us visitors. And the hot springs... so beautiful and relaxing!! Tamarindo was a fun surfer beach town. So many great restaurants to explore and we enjoyed lounging by the beautiful pools. The catamaran/snorkeling trip was an excellent way to end the vacation. Multiple calls going and back and forth and her telling us to get it off the ship so they can't come back and charge us. This is why you go with a travel agent versus doing it all on your own. They know what to do and how to get it worked out. If you think that you will be saving money doing it on your own you won't be. This is the 3rd time she has had to work for us while we have been in port or already on the ship. She always has the paperwork to back things up for you and keep stuff straightened out.

It wasn't jam packed at all. The staff workers were also kind. I love the fact that there was a childrens area. With coloring books & cartoons playing. I appreciated that so much! As my daughter can be very hyper active. Seeing the play area really calmed her down. As long as you follow directions, do your part & bring all the documents they ask, things will go smoothly. Just a tip for mothers...make sure you dont add barrettes & hair bows to your daughters hair in the passport photos as they will not accept the photo I had to get the photo retaken but once that was done & accepted, we got our passports the same day. She told me to contact my guests first before booking to ensure I wouldn't be roped into something I couldn't pay for due to their cancellation policy, which I admired. She told me take a few days to figure it out, but no matter what she would not be booking the only bus that was available that evening with anyone else. I called back after I had my guests in line. She answered (you'll see why this is so shocking in a moment) and I told her I was ready to go ahead with the booking. She told me she would have to contact the owner, took my number, and told me she would get back to me that night. The evening goes by, and I hear nothing. The next day I tried her several times on my cell phone, either going straight to voicemail or even a straight up dial tone as if the line did not exist. I decided to try and call on one of my friends phones, and what a shock! She answered right away! Frustrated, I told her I had tried to get a hold of her all day and was irritated with her professionalism. "Oh my goodness you happen to catch me when I'm away from my desk, I do not have any of the schedules in front of me. Let me call you RIGHT back." I gave her my number again and asked if she was actually going to call me back this time and she promised she would within the next fifteen minutes. Unsurprisingly, she never called me back. If you can't get me a bus, tell me! We are adults here, don't waste my time and drag out my hopes for over two weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. I was left days before my 21st without a bus. **I ended up finding Discount Party Bus and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. I recommend them!
