The staff in charge of intake and triage was the sweetest and caring nurse that one can be. Followed by the resident physician on duty, Dr Collin. Dr Collin was highly knowledgeable, professional, diligent, respectful, friendly, and all around a truly intelligent medical attending. He is clearly well trained and followed through the entire consult process with efficiency and effectiveness. Very very smooth. We considered ourselves lucky to have been treated by Dr Collin. The facility was also an amazing sight. Everything was modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The ER was quiet and calm, unlike other hospitals. Parking was a bit tight, though. Admittedly, no one wants to go to the hospital. But we all will eventually need to for one reason or another. Accidents do happen. Illnesses do happen. St Jude Medical in Fullerton will always be our preferred first choice for an ER or other medical practitioner facility.
