I left multiple messages for the doctor/nurse practitioner and never received a response, which ultimately led me to having to go to the ER for something that could've been handled with a phone call. When I called again to follow up and explain the situation, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes without any resolution. Conveniently at 5pm, so when I called back office was closed. This has been an ongoing issue for years, and whenever concerns are brought up, excuses are made instead of changes being made. Patients deserve kindness, professionalism, communication, and basic respect. Do not recommend this Dr office.

READ TILL THE END…read more This is the most unethical doctor I have ever encountered. I had all my records sent to this doctor because my old doctor retired. Dr. Tyroch said she would renew all my prescriptions. Not only did she never call in one of my prescriptions but after several calls to the office I was told that she would not call in my prescriptions because she didn't have my records (blood work, mammogram, and bone density). MAMMOGRAM AND BONE DENSITY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THYROID MEDS. She had my blood work but still refused to call in my medications. I told the receptionist that I was going to write a bad review on the doctor. About an hour later, I got a call from the office. I was told the Dr. Tyroch wanted to NEGOTIATE with me, if I wrote a bad review she would not call in my medications. If I did not write a bad review she would not. THIS IS BRIBERY AND UNETHICAL. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
