They accept pets at 7AM but they're kept in a cage for hours until they have playtime which is in a group that is not separated by size. My 4 month old Cavapoo puppy is not playing with large dogs that can trample her and injure her! That is not safe. I asked for my reservation to be canceled after hearing, "we keep them in cages and the dogs all play together regardless of size". If anything were to ever happen to my girl, I would be absolutely livid. Do not take your dog here!

For a routine visit they kept my dog all day, probably because they over booked and then their horrible receptionists didn't call once the dog was done. Do yourself a favor and go to a legit vet or groomer for those services.

I understand being new ...but she places them in a zip loc , with no release form. We bought crabs here before, every few years and knew something was up. Crabs also can live up to 30 years, fun fact. We didnt see many die in our care, just 1, but had gotten a friend or 2 spaced out every few years. As we learned the proper care, we noticed that survived long. This worker kept yelling out, one second, and took everyone but us.

I let one employee know, who called another girl over. she told me the fish "like to lay down". I told her i have a betta fish and theyre not supposed to be swimming in algae. She said "they would be cleaned tomorrow" (good to know theyre not cleaned daily). She took one dead one and one gasping for air "to the back". Guess that one wasn't saved. Got death stares from her for the next 15 mins i was in the store even though i did not blame her. So i bought another sick one and saved him (hes doing so well now just because i gave him clean water and space). But his fins are all ripped and tattered because he was corroding in his own waste. I am someone who tries to be an optimist and will give situations multiple chances before making a final opinion. But this time is my last time. My dog was working with one groomer in specific (Sofie M) and they seemed to have an understanding for each other. Recently I found out that she left the company, and my dog had to go to another groomer. Not only did I come back to my dog's hair being terribly cut, but I had to pay a fee for him being 'too much'. The groomers said that the reason was because of my dog but it leads me to question how (with the exception of the very first time) for months everything was fine but now he is acting up? They then told me that they would not be able to help my dog unless I drugged him. In addition, the blonde lady has given me extreme attitude the last 3 visits and had acted annoyed that she has to be there and help me. She not only had me wait but she had me wait to continue to be on her phone. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because I understand people have off days, but this last time made me think not only is that maybe her personality but also maybe my dog wasn't the problem. So, it's not okay for dogs to act up when they don't feel safe but it's okay for humans to? It is truly shocking that people who are supposed to be able to work with animals can't work with them unless they are drugged.

Staff we have encountered is both friendly and knowledgable. Our interest is only for cat and dog items but them have lots of there pet supplies (and some actual pets) to meet most people's needs. Their prices are usually good but not great. We wait for coupons and special sales to shop here. Also, they carry better-than-average dog food but not the one we think is (pun intended) best-of-greed - Orijin. Overall, we think they are a decent place to get food and supplies for our pets when they have sales and coupons.

We've been using Canine Concierge since just after they opened (mainly because of a bad experience…read moreat a kennel) and we would never consider another option for our dogs. It's important to us to be able to have the dogs stay at home when we're away so having someone come to the house is absolutely incredible. Lauren and her staff have always been great with our dogs and even when something hasn't 'gone well' (let's just say intestinal distress) they've been great about cleaning up and contacting us. It's also great that since they come to our house instead of boarding the dogs we kind of get a built in house sitter too-not that there's any reason to break in (besides, the dogs would love a chance to sic balls). If you're tired of boarding your dogs and live in the Morris County area I wholeheartedly recommend Canine Concierge. Your pets will be well cared for and won't be so stressed when you come home. It was like being in our own home. There was a fish tank, bookshelves, etc. My husband thought it was a bit over the top, but I can see how dogs would find it much more comforting than a cat would. Molly was peaceful and calm. She was allowed to be in her carrier after the initial catheter procedure. She didn't like the catheter in her leg, but otherwise it was much better than lying on a hard metal table. We opted to let her gently fall asleep and then left the room for her final moment.
