They showed up on time every day. They were neat and organized. They made sure to cover and protect any areas surrounding their workspace and our driveway. They didn't have loud music blaring, they did their job without talking continuously, loudly, or excessively about unimportant and trivial things. They completely cleaned up at the end of the day, organizing everything even though they would have to set it all up again the next day. They removed the trash at the end of the day, didn't leave spills or any traces of materials that they used. (I'm only mentioning these things because of past experiences hiring other companies that didn't focus on what they were doing.
