I wanted to take time to express what a fantastic Job Paintr has done for us. I initially had…read moresought approximately 10 different bids and was surprised to see the variance in experience and cost. The experience differential was evident upon speaking with the different companies. Jacob from Paintr stood out immediately with his knowledge and the time he took for notes of what our needs and requests were. I have an interior design and construction background and my husband in engineering. Jacob was professional and truley exceeded our expectations with the work he and his crew provided. We thought would be impossible with our past experiences with contractors that have fallen very short of their promises. We had a lot of renovation to do for our rental home after years of renting and wear. The job encompassed a complete interior repaint and more than half of an exterior repaint with a lot of retexturing that was poorly done buy a previous contractor. Jacob was super efficient and accurate with his notes, details and quotes. He was super conscientious of timelines and details as we told him when we needed to have the job complete. I was so impressed as I followed up and checked in on the project with the quality work that they did. The attention to quality, of prep work and painting, was the best we've experienced. They were very quick to respond to questions and his painter assistant, Leo, was really professional and did a fine job as well. I mentioned a list of other things that needed to be done to complete the renovation, Jacob said he had a branch of his company that did the handyman services that we were looking to do. This included cabinet refinishing, tile repair, bathroom tile backsplashes, relocating outlets, repace bathroom exhaust fans, finish trim that previous contractor neglected, and more. These items were also completed with high quality workmanship and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Paintr, with Jacob and his crew, for their professionalism, quality work, great communication, and fair pricing. They delivered on every promise and it was our first experience with a contractor in a long time where we had peace of mind and are so very happy with the outcome!

Wonderful! I have some water damage on my kitchen ceiling that I wasn't sure where the source of…read morethe leak was coming from. I scheduled quotes with three roof companies. The first company said the damage was likely from a water line that came out on the roof. He suggested I contact a plumber for that issue but said I needed the penetrations resealed. I also had some fascia and woodwork on the sides of the house that needed painting. The quote was very reasonable but the guy was kind of a fast talker. AA Brite was the second company to come give an estimate. Derek arrived on time and took the time to find where the water line on the roof was connected. He found that it was to the old swamp cooler. He spent a good 30 minutes on the roof (the other guy was up there for maybe 5) and also found that my AC was blowing out of the old swamp cooler vent on the roof. He temporarily sealed it so that I wasn't cooling the whole neighborhood. He even came inside and looked at my HVAC lines to make sure the old swamp cooler was not still hooked up. This is all from a roofing company! I was given a quote to cap the old swamp cooler vent and seal the roof penetrations. It was a little more than the first quote and did not include the painting, but it was still very reasonable. I canceled the appointment with the third company because I was so happy with Derek's thoroughness, helpfulness, and explanation of everything. He really went above and beyond to help me. After about a week I was able to get the work scheduled. Chris arrived on time and did a great job. He took photos during and after the repair, which were shared with me. I can't say enough about what a good experience this has been.

Ralph at Sunset Coatings showed by far the most insight into the specific issues on my house, offered the smartest solution, and gave the most reasonable quote of all three companies. He had his repair guy Tim out here to start work right away and the work was completed within 5 days. Most importantly, Tim really cared about the project and did an absolutely amazing job! I was very concerned about the color match of the paint, as the original color had faded a bit over the past couple of years but I didn't want to have to repaint the whole house. But these guys did a custom paint match that's just perfect! You'd never know there was any work done. Highly recommend Sunset Coatings!!
