He is far more than just another internal medicine doctor; his deep expertise in both internal medicine and endocrinology is exceptional and has made all the difference in my care. What sets Dr. Proctor apart is how much he truly cares about his patients as human beings. He is by far the most responsive doctor I've ever had--always prompt with follow-ups, thorough in his explanations, and genuinely invested in my well-being. His approach goes beyond the clinical; he listens, he supports, and he partners with you in your health journey. His staff is incredible as well. The physician assistants are outstanding--each one is knowledgeable and capable enough to serve as a primary physician on their own. Together with Dr. Proctor, they form an unbeatable team that delivers compassionate, high-quality care every single time. If you're looking for a doctor who combines world-class medical knowledge with heartfelt humanity, Dr. Proctor and his team are the gold standard. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Between my two sons, my wife, my grandson, and myself, we have relied on Dr. Procter for a wide range of medical needs and have consistently received exceptional care. As a physician, Dr. Procter has access to many of the same medical tools, treatments, and resources as other doctors. What truly sets him apart is not the tools themselves, but the way he uses them. In today's healthcare environment, it is rare to find a physician who combines deep medical knowledge with genuine compassion, personal commitment, and an unwavering determination to help patients heal. My two sons each have unique and challenging medical conditions. Before seeing Dr. Procter, we consulted with numerous physicians and specialists without achieving meaningful results. Dr. Procter approached their cases differently. He listened carefully, thought creatively, and developed treatment plans that addressed the root causes of their issues. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, both of my sons are experiencing successful outcomes that other physicians had been unable to achieve. Dr. Procter treats patients as individuals rather than diagnoses. He takes the time to understand the whole person and is fully invested in helping his patients achieve the best possible health. His care, compassion, and dedication are qualities that have become increasingly difficult to find in modern medicine. I recommend Dr. Procter and The Well Integrative Medicine without hesitation. Our family's health and quality of life are significantly improved because of the care we receive there.

He takes his time and never makes you feel rushed in your appointment. I've always had a great experience with the receptionist and front office staff. The PAs are another story. I only see them when I have to. The ones I have seen do not have a good bedside manner. And interestingly enough, a few recent reviews on Google have mentioned not being able to get antibiotics when needed and that is the exact same thing that happened to me last time I had to see the PAs. I was terribly sick but because I didn't have the flu or Covid they wouldn't do anything for me except prescribe some cough meds (that were a waste of money and didn't help at all). It took more than one visit for me to eventually be given antibiotics and hey guess what, I finally started to get better after a few days on the antibiotics. The wait time is absolutely atrocious. I appreciate how much time Dr. G takes with me so I can only assume he does the same with everyone else. Perhaps the office should consider booking fewer patients for him each day. Although fewer appointments means less billing so I doubt that will ever happen. At the end of the day I will likely keep coming here until I am given a really good reason not to.

I was told by the front desk that my appointment was at 10:00 and not 10:30 and I was late. The young girl said she would have to check to see if they could see me since I was late. There was no one else in the waiting room. She came back with a tone in her voice and said that they would see me this time!! I really didn't appreciate that tone in her voice. So now i wait and about 10 minutes later and lady with a heavy accent called me name. I stepped in and she pointed and said scale like I was a dog. After I got off the scale she turned her back to me and waved for me to come behind her. It gets worse because now I'm in the room and she takes my vitals and mumbles under her breath that all is OK. I said what are my numbers and she said OK. I said I didn't ask if its ok, I want my numbers. She called off the the numbers and I said thank you to her and she turned and just walked out. I have never seen anyone so rude and cold. I really enjoyed Dr. Ronald Giometti, but these two people need to take a course in how to talk to patients. I was so mad when I left the office because of the tone and actions of these two women. This was only the second visit with Dr. Giometti and I'm not sure if I will return.
