I found this place because the original tattoo shop I was going to decided that after 1 reschedule they didn't have time that day either. Blessing in disguise! I called and John said he could get me in. He was so nice and sketched my tattoo exactly how I envisioned it. I waited two years to get this and can't be happier! The pricing was amazing and they also do piercing! Highly recommend!

Given that I was a walk-in I'm not upset about it but there was a few delays in getting my tattoo done, I was questioning whether or not I should have given them a tip or not, but they were very lovely and friendly so I ended up doing so. The tattoo came out really well so I'm extremely happy with it. I recommend it as long as you have a set appointment :)

although everybody was sweet .. GO TO OSCAR . he was very understanding . he will give you everything you ask for with no mistakes & is very nice . he does everything in the time he tells you . he made me feel so comfortable that i wasn't focused on the pain considering that it was my first tattoo . i will definitely be coming here for my next tattoo .

Got my cartilage and tragus piercings done by Damien and I love them. I even knocked my Tragus piercing out and he replaced the jewelry and put In a better fitting ring with no problem! Can't wait to go back for more piercings! Highly recommend, good prices for great quality piercings.

I went on 2/28 to get both of my nostrils pierced that following Monday I noticed the were incorrectly positioned and my nose ring began to develop a bump and sink into the hole piercing. I called was advised I'd get it changed free of charge but instead when I arrived I was told to wait until the swelling went down. based off a quick google check and calling other shops I was told to immediately change it before rejecting and irritation. I would not recommended going here for any piercings. read more

Oscar does tattoos how he wants to, he doesn't go by what you give him. Not only that I bought 2 friends to him and he didn't do the color my friend wanted in her tattoo he decided to 2 colors that he wanted to not only that messed up one of the 9's in 1995 he made one smaller than the other one. I waited for hours because they only have one "good" tattoo artist. The sketch was great but the tattoo is half done and half ass. The line work is crooked and off. The coloring is incomplete and blotchy. All because Oscar , the "artist" kept being interrupted by someone named diamond and his phone constantly ringing. He didn't seem too concentrated on the work, he appeared upset and it shows in his work and this half done terrible tattoo. Staff there is also unprofessional talking bad about people and their appearance is dirty. I was told to come back in 2 weeks to fix it and finish. I wouldn't go back if they paid me. Now I have to find some place else to hopefully fix the atrocity of a "tattoo" left on my body. That place is not worth the time waited or money wasted. read more

The inside could use some cleaning up. I got a piercing here that never healed and ended up getting infected. They didn't tell me how to take care of it so I looked online at many different websites and followed what they said. I've been to better places but the price was good. read more

My boyfriend and I came here because it was close and we asked for a design to be done for my boyfriend. When we walked in there were people sitting around watching a movie and smoking their vape pens. We got one of the artists to actually talk to us after about ten minutes or so. My boyfriend asked for a simple line art design, nothing too big or complicated. The artist literally questioned my boyfriend for ten minutes or so about why he wanted it and if he could do something different but after enough explanation the artist said he would do it and get back with us in about a week. We really loved his work, we saw a lot of it on instagram, so we were excited. About two weeks later we try to ask the guy if he did the design but we got no answer. We have tried a few more time and we don't know if the guy is ignoring us or if he forgot or what but it has been about two months. If you want an artist who straight up ditches you then yeah this is the perfect place! read more

The moment that I walked in the staff was very attentive and friendly. I ended up getting an eyebrow piercing and a lion tattoo. Once the piercing was done they explained to me how to take care and what products I needed in order to heal properly. For the tattoo I bought an ointment cream that they had there the tattoo, healed very nice and Im happy with the work that was done. read more

I offer 100% hand drawn designs in front of my clients and do not charge for any consultations that include any drawings I specialize in realism, floral, calligraphy, and anything that involves your imagination and please come in and take a look at our studio. We also have murals painted on the walls, which have also been done by amazingly talented women. We offer chess games for discounts as well. Not only do we speak English in Spanish. I emailed the team here and they got back to me quickly. I sent them a mock up of the image I wanted to work with so they had an idea, as well as, the location I preferred. When I arrived, the artist was able to do a transfer for me and we opted to move the placement a little bit higher up my wrist as I have a dominate tendon that could have been more painful and made it look odd with the movements. I liked that she advised me on her logic and why she thought it was best to move it up about an inch. The tattoo took about 30 minutes and was wrapped up nicely. The place was very clean and everyone was very professional. It healed up nicely and still looks great. I get a lot of compliments on it. Overall: A Love my tattoo and planning another for my back shoulders. :)

Even though she requested gold jewelry it was not. And on top of that, she did not get the PROPER Jewelry to ensure that she healed properly. Instead she received below average service and got charged $365 for improper service, standards AND met with non apologetic beings. She SHOULD have received what she asked for. But if they did not have proper gold surgical jewelry to provide her they should have vocalized that. Instead. They gave her non surgical jewelry. On top of the jewelry being non surgical, the Jewelry is also FAKE. After speaking to multiple sources... she then decides to rectify her experience in person at the shop, where the team there said it wasn't there problem. How is it not? When you provided a horrific experience and left her to the deal with the damages. Not disclosing your true inventory and luring her into paying a fee that was NOT worth it. She showed them pictures of her tummy after hours of procedure, even though they claim there is no proof... DO NOT go here. SCAM ALERT. I know the economy is bad but treating good paying customers like this will not be tolerated.

Came across this randomly and was SO impressed with not only their accommodations for hijabis (a fully furnished private room with full sink, tools, etc) but also how kind the entire staff was! Anjelica washed my hair & Dina cut it, and they were both SO kind and sweet and talented. When the wait between wash/cut was a bit extended, Anjelica offered tea/coffee in between. They also recommended a place I can donate hair too. The cut was super cute and overall I left feeling very satisfied and happy. This is a fantastic salon -- from their diversity to accommodating, kind staff to skilled services to very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a haircut, whether you need the private room or not!

My hair is very fine, and I also have a stubborn cowlick, which has always made wearing extensions a challenge. No one has ever been able to keep hand-tied extensions in my hair without them slipping, sticking out, or looking obvious... until Alyssa. Her technique is unmatched. My extensions look seamless, feel incredibly natural, and never interfere with my cowlick. The blonding she does on me is absolutely on point -- the prettiest, most natural, beautifully blended color I've ever had. My hair is actually getting healthier, which is wild considering extensions + blonding usually do the opposite. She truly knows what she's doing. The extensions they use at Stella Lucas are incredible quality. They hold a curl and style SO well. After years of extensions from multiple salons, I can confidently say these are the best I've ever worn. The salon itself is spotless, modern, and super accommodating. They offer drinks, snacks, and genuinely make the experience relaxing and enjoyable. I'm genuinely so happy I found Alyssa. If you have fine hair, wear extensions, or want expert blonding, run -- don't walk. She's a game-changer.

I have never been to a tattoo shop that pierces with a piercing gun on the cartilage. I have an extreme infection 2 days after getting the piercing and I'm on antibiotics and medicine for MRSA.The piercings on my right ear didn't seem done correctly from the start as you can see they're overlapping in the photo and the mid cartilage went it crooked. She attempted to pierce my conch on the other side but "wasn't able to get the jewelry through" and I was left with it opened as seen in photo and pain for days. I tried to give the piercer the benefit of the doubt despite the numerous red flags and issues. Diamond told me she "always wants her clients to leave with a good experience" but after I messaged asking for a partial refund for having to take the earrings out and THE MAJOR INFECTION 2 days immediately after leaving the store, she has seen and ignored all my messages. I understand getting an infection from not taking care and cleaning properly. But i have been doing that and this is not a fault of my own. This place is completely unprofessional and I would NOT recommend stepping foot in here. read more

This place is the best place I've been, oscar was so kinda and funny and made me feel so comfortable. I got a tattoo for my fiancés mom who pasted and he helped with the idea of it and it was a super nice and clean tattoo. Will come again and everyone here was so nice 100% best place . I had the best experience walked in didn't have any clue what I wanted. Had a great consultation with Oscuh, he was extremely understanding presented a great tattoo idea. I loved it!! And was able to set an appointment and get it done. He tattooed extremely fast and I plan on coming back to add on to the work he completed and for additional ones in the future. Go see Oscar for your tattoo! Great artist, really listens carefully to what you want & executes design just like you expected it to be! I havent tried getting a piercing or a tat from other artists there but the environment is totally chill & the other artists/piercers seem just as professional as Oscar is.
