I've had cleaning and now 3 fillings performed here, and I was pleased that they were able to use the numbing anesthesia protocol that my prior dentist used, so it was effective and pain-free. (He made sure, as he was drilling, that the anesthesia was working, and he added-to when it was required.) I agree with another reviewer, that it would be nice for them to provide an eye shield/sun-glasses (many other dentists use these). Though the last dental office I tried in Mt. View had them, but didn't clean them properly and they were nasty. So, I guess no glasses are the better choice, than filthy-nasty. The support staff at the front desk is very efficient, very friendly and very helpful! As my family continues to come-in for additional visits, I will make updates to my review, as relavent.

I wrote to him asking him for his expertise and he sent me to Dr. McMurtry for a frenectomy. Dr. McMurtry is a full service family dentist, servicing adults and children and has special training in laser dentistry. His practice extends beyond teeth cleaning and fixing cavities to practicing frenectomies on infants, children and adults. The office is modern, immaculately clean and filled with a wonderful friendly staff. Robin at the desk, is a pleasure to deal with and will accommodate you to the best of her ability. Dr. McMurtry is a passionate, straight forward family man and that shines through into his professional practice. I really have no particular favorite because none have left anything to be desired - they are ALL great! The office staff always seem pleasant, professional, friendly, efficient, and even appreciative of my business. They have customarily had the proverbial bar set rather high, but I believe today they elevated that bar across the board. In particular, the cleaning I received AND the checkout process couldn't have been better. Dr. Hendrick and Miss Starlyn have seemingly assembled a top-notch team of people that should certainly stand out in their field. I do not dread dental appointments like I once did. I appreciate these people and am glad to have found them several years ago!
