Dr. Fleming fitted me for an occlusal guard that has provided me so much relief since I've had it. I specifically asked the front desk as I arrived from my appointment if everything was okay and they were in network. The nice lady looked at my information and said yes, they were in network and everything's fine. Again, the quality of care was outstanding. My negativity comes towards being untruthful. It's going to wind up costing me more than they got paid from my insurance. Triple check your dental insurance before you go into that place. It will cost you an arm and a leg. Never again for me.

I really have no particular favorite because none have left anything to be desired - they are ALL great! The office staff always seem pleasant, professional, friendly, efficient, and even appreciative of my business. They have customarily had the proverbial bar set rather high, but I believe today they elevated that bar across the board. In particular, the cleaning I received AND the checkout process couldn't have been better. Dr. Hendrick and Miss Starlyn have seemingly assembled a top-notch team of people that should certainly stand out in their field. I do not dread dental appointments like I once did.
