Friendly staff, Dr. Hall is personable and explains exactly in detail about the condition of your teeth. Had a deep cleaning and have to go back for more and to get a wisdom pulled. They gave me detailed amount and what my out of pocket will be.BTW, a walk-in came in with a filling problem, first time patient, they filled out paperwork and as I was leaving, they were able to fit him in. That to me is great customer service.

Horrible customer service. Keep you waiting over 45 minutes in your car beyond appt time. Twice…read morethis happened and both times I was rudely told they were short staffed. Once waited longer in the car than what it took me to have my teeth cleaned. The world is short staffed, you don't schedule as many people and be so money hungry. Not going back.

On my 1st visit to a dentist in 10 years and new resident to the area, i found Hunt who took xrays…read moreand physical exam. Hunt told me everything looks good no cavities and I scheduled cleaning 3 weeks later. My oral surgeon sees me a week later for an implant consultation and tells me he sees 2 cavities that have to taken care of before implant. See Hunt more X-rays and cavities are filled. At cleaning, Hunt's technician finds a cavity, another X-ray and is confirmed by Hunt. At this point I find another Dentist who takes X-rays and finds 2 more cavities for a total of 5. This all happened within a 4 month period.

His wife is very rude and disrespectful. I am now no longer a patient there because of her. She also stated before hanging up "I'm going to go fill your appointment slot now , goodbye"
