I had an…read moreinfection after my wisdom tooth was removed, and had to go back and get it cleaned out then I was sent home without any antibiotics, called a couple days later because I was so dangerously swollen and in so much pain! So unprofessional. I stayed in pain for months and had been busy selling out house, and had moved to Greenville, SC. I had multiple consultations on why I was still in pain and called this office and they had the audacity to tell me that I needed a referral to come back to see them instead of offering to get me in. And now after my third consultation in Greenville they referred me to a peridontist where I now have to pay $2500 to have skin grafting done where I had my wisdom tooth removed. Absolutely horrible experience here!!! Would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dad got to know Dr. Gragg very well and was always impressed by her knowledge of orthodontics, work ethic and energetic personality. Recently when my son needed orthodontic work, we chose Dr. Gragg and couldn't be happier with our choice. Growing up around dentistry all my life, I had WAY too many questions that she patiently answered with as much detail as I needed while keeping it on a level I could understand. Some of my impressions: From the moment you walk in, they keep a fun and exciting yet professional atmosphere; Up-to-date equipment - I had prepared my son for those goopy impressions, but those have been replaced with an intraoral scanner. They just run it over the surface of the teeth while you watch it on a monitor (COOL). Then a 3-D printer prints a model you can take home (VERY COOL); The latest digital X-ray machine that virtually eliminates radiation exposure; Impressive sterilization protocol - from chairside to the autoclaves (sterilization machines); Through our discussions, Dr. Gragg has a real passion for current orthodontic education; Very informative of options and orthodontic techniques (Invisalign, no bands around teeth, smooth brackets, etc.); a unique incentive program to help the kids maintain good hygiene. It is rare to find a dental office with a combination of positive excitement and a caring professional experience, but we definitely found it with Gragg Orthodontics.
