I would definitely not recommend this office!!! I had an infection after my wisdom tooth was removed, and had to go back and get it cleaned out then I was sent home without any antibiotics, called a couple days later because I was so dangerously swollen and in so much pain! So unprofessional. I stayed in pain for months and had been busy selling out house, and had moved to Greenville, SC. I had multiple consultations on why I was still in pain and called this office and they had the audacity to tell me that I needed a referral to come back to see them instead of offering to get me in. And now after my third consultation in Greenville they referred me to a peridontist where I now have to pay $2500 to have skin grafting done where I had my wisdom tooth removed. Absolutely horrible experience here!!! Would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

It seems like a good office but they are not accommodating to people at all. I started my braces treatment and had to relocate to Charlotte and after 3 hours of driving I am turned away because traffic had caused me to be late for my appointment. My braces has been hurting me for about a month now and they still will not take care of my health needs not to mention I have taken the time to drive 3 hours just to go there. read more

I have all my kids going to Blue Ridge Orthodontics for many years. I have always had a great experience with the Orthodontist and the staff. Lately things have changed and his staff one girl in particular (Asia) has us rethink now of bringing our other daughter here for braces. I'm extremely disappointed that they do not notice her attitude. When I got home, I find out that this lady is the same lady that treated my son in law a couple of weeks ago and was also rude to him. Hopefully the orthodontics realize that some of their staff are not the same as the girls they use to have. I for one unless I see changes will not bring my other daughter in as a new patient. Please Dr. Roberts and Dr. Schuler get your practice to where it was before it was great going there before. Both of you are fantastic. read more

The staff (front/billing) lack friendliness. Not all the ladies but there's one. The billing woman, she's terrible. Not friendly at all. I know billing can be a terrible job. I asked her questions and she hung up. I wanted general information and wanted to make sure I was getting my benefit with my carrier. She needs to be replaced or get someone else to help you. read more

My experience with BRO has been great. I'm receiving weekly Invisalign from them and it's going good. The area is very pretty with birds out the window and the staff is very kind. They joke around with you and are overall very helpful in my ongoing treatment. And the reward system is something else. read more

Overpriced and rude. Front desk staff has no conception of customer service. Retainers cost TWICE what they do elsewhere. I guess that's how they pay for the very posh waiting room, as well as the ipads and paddleboard giveaways. Maybe they should pay staff a little more and hire professionals who understand customer service, instead of people who argue with customers. read more

Issues from the start. Couldn't get a definitive answer as to whether they accepted our dental insurance or not. "We can't give that info over the phone"..."You have to come in for a consult...get there and then it's "Some things are covered and others aren't." But they never told me what! Red Flag! In for the consult and the guy has to keep leaving the room to confer with others. I finally just suggested we make an appt to get everyone in the same room! Red Flag! Day of surgery my 14 yr old is anxiously waiting and NOW the receptionist decides to bring me forms and tell me they don't accept our insurance. I looked at my son and paid $2,500 so he could get this over with. I have no doubt that was timed. Red Flag! I wasn't permitted to accompany him and I've NEVER had a dental office deny me that. Red Flag! A week later he was infected. Surgeon was in some other office. The dentist didn't know what to do. Incompetent. Red Flag! He took CELL PICS, sent them to the surgeon, and THAT'S how we got antibiotics! Red Flag! We were told by someone else to come back in 3 days for surgeon, then she left the room and another guy said a week! Every time someone left the room they were replaced by another. Red Flag! This made it difficult to keep track of who was saying and doing what. Red Flag! When we did go back, they were no longer concerned my son would over-react with me there, and there was suddenly enough room for me! Red Flag! They cut his molar socket open again and revealed that his adult molar was coming in and the wound had to stay open and be cleaned until the tooth fully erupted. They had his X-rays that I also paid full price for. They should have been aware of this tooth and what needed to happen. Why did my son have to go through this before they told me? Incompetent. Red Flag! Thankfully, no more issues, but I will NEVER go back! Lastly, you can read (fake?) reviews on their website, but you can't leave one. Red Flag! read more

This is as professional as it gets, folks. First let me say that I had braces once and neglected to wear the retainer (ever again, I think) and my teeth had shifted BIG TIME. Dr. Luke Roberts took a look (free consultation, btw) at my teeth and recommended Invisalign. Such a relief! Another orthodontist I had seen wanted to remove one of my teeth!!! It's only been a couple of months and my teeth are already so much straighter it's unbelievable. I have an 8 yr old son and took him too, just to make sure his teeth were coming in properly. The office is both adult AND kid friendly and so is the staff. And let me just tell you- speaking from the point of view of someone that has to be in a lot of pictures for my job, well, I am so very grateful for the expertise. LOVE THEM!!!! read more

The entire process has been a breeze from the free consultation, to scheduling appointments then to the actual process of getting the braces on. unbelievably WONDERFUL! I feel so pampered at Blue Ridge Orthodontics. The front desk staff are the nicest group of people I have ever interacted with at any medical/dental office. They greet everyone by name, with a welcoming smile. They offer you water, coffee, sparkling water. They are professional and personable. I initially went to them for Invisiline and a retainer. They were patient, worked with me to find the perfect fit and were always attentive to my needs. I always feel calm and safe when I'm there. Kids also look calm and are entertained by all the games that are in the waiting area. It is easy to get an appointment and there is never any waiting time. In fact sometimes if I have arrived a few minutes early, they will see me then. Words alone can't convey how wonderful Blue Orthodontics is.
