All the guys are knowledgeable & very helpful. They had my topcoat ready when I arrived & loaded it into my truck.

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with ServiceMaster Yuma was one of the most frustrating and heartbreaking experiences my family has ever endured. The repairs to my parents' home took over 16.5 months to complete. The damage occurred in December 2024, repairs officially began in January 2025, and after some initial work, the project sat largely untouched for months with little to no communication. My father repeatedly called for updates and timelines but received very few responses. In January 2026, my parents were told the home was "move-in ready." As someone who works in the construction industry, I became concerned and personally traveled to inspect the property in February 2026 after being told, again, that it was ready for occupancy. It was anything but. The home was completely unlivable. I documented extensive unfinished work and provided ServiceMaster Yuma with a detailed punch list. Among the issues I found were: * A microwave that had been removed and left outside for approximately a year without being reinstalled. * A refrigerator that had been left outside with food still inside for about a year and was later plugged back in despite the odor and contamination. * Missing cabinet hardware. * Large gap under the French-doors in the primary * Protective plastic still covering newly installed cabinets. * Mirrors that had never been rehung. * Dirt, construction debris, and a home that had clearly not been cleaned before being represented as ready to move into. I have attached photos so others can judge the condition for themselves. Even after I became directly involved, it took another three months of constant emails, phone calls, and follow-up before the work was finally completed. Perhaps the most disappointing part of this experience was the lack of communication and accountability. Despite my repeated concerns, I never received proactive communication from the owner, Jonathan Baias. Every conversation had to be initiated by me. My parents were elderly and dealing with health issues during this process. They relied on ServiceMaster to communicate honestly and complete the repairs in a reasonable timeframe. Instead, they spent more than $112,000 on relocation expenses while waiting for their home to become livable. Tragically, my father passed away before he was ever able to return home. No amount of money can undo that loss, but I hope sharing our experience helps other families make an informed decision before trusting this company with their home. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend ServiceMaster Yuma. The prolonged delays, poor communication, lack of project oversight, and repeated representations that the home was "move-in ready" when it clearly was not, resulted in unnecessary financial hardship and emotional stress for my family.
