BoraSoo is a unique Korean K-pop themed drink cafe. Upon walking in I am greeted with a warm welcome by the staff and owner. Its a cute shop located right under 595. I asked them if they had a drink that wasn't overly sweet and they recommended the cloud drink. It was absolutely delightful. I would've thought this drink was much sweeter but it was perfect and light. I also ordered the grapefruit drink on another occasion and that drink was amazing and also very refreshing. I enjoyed the pieces of grapefruit pulp at the bottom of the drink. And also the drink was topped off with a scoop of delicious sherbert! I wish BoraSoo much success in their buisness and I hope for them to expand too north broward one day... that way I don't have to drive so far, so I can come more often . I am not the type of person to give sad reviews, however it must be done. My close friend was telling me about this place, she went to two weeks ago. At that time it wasn't popular. I did check on yelp to see where the location was and read my close friend's reviews on it. Sadly, I checked it out today... and it was sooo packed and left me upset. Not only was it packed...there wasn't any clear COVID precautions at all. I mean there were 6 feet away stickers on floor, but even still no one stayed on the stickers. Tables were too close together. People sat where-ever they pleased; forgetting that there's a pandemic. It was overwhelming for me. I understand, it is a popular place now, but I think the place needs to realize we are still in a pandemic. Staffs should control it better. There are some places that have a staff outside and tell others to please wait outside just for COVID precautions. I did not even see tables being wiped down and stuff... When I was in line... people behind me, hovered over me. I was close to leaving because of how packed it was; seeing that staffs did not do anything about it. Once, I got my order, I stood in a corner (my own little bubble) ... waiting for my Jasmine Lychee Tea.... I even texted my close friend about it...telling her how basically my experience was not that great. Calling all bubble tea fanatics! A cute little Asian cafe has just opened up! I've been on a hunt to find my new favorite boba teas, and I think I've found a place that makes both mesmerizing and quite tasty drinks! Borasoo Cafe is located in a shopping plaza right off of Pine Island Rd. There is lots of parking available for patrons; however, finding the cafe's actual location was quite tricky. Looking for 6800, I noticed the name above the address read "Coffee" rather than "Borasoo Cafe," which is why it was difficult for me to locate. Nevertheless, I entered into a beautifully decorated, clean, and modern cafe. To the right is the counter where patrons can order drinks from the menu above and pick among the various pastries in the fridge or snacks in the display case. The cafe's center features an abundance of tables perfect for studying and sipping the stress away with a sweet drink! To the left was a large screen used to display the names of the songs playing. I'm not sure if they play movies, anime, or K-pop music videos on those screens, but perhaps in post-COVID times, they can use it to display lyrics for karaoke! The service was friendly and efficient, and you could see how much the owner seems to love her little shop, as evident by the sincere "hello" received when entering and her attempts to capture the most amazing shots of her company's drinks and products! I ordered the Borasoo-Ade, which came ordained in a cute K-pop cup holder. They provided me with a small blue liquid container to give my icy lemonade that signature galaxy-color look! It was a memorizing display to pour into the cup! However, one sip of the drink, and I was perplexed -- I was hit with a sudden sour taste. It felt like I drank from those zesty lemon juice extract bottles! The sour taste wasn't that bad, honestly. It was just a little overwhelming. More sips into the drink and the sweet and chewy boba made it more addicting and pleasant. I loved the ambiance and welcoming environment of this cafe! While the service was fast, there was just something adorable and comforting about the restaurant that made me want to stay longer. While I'm not sure if the Borasoo-Ade was for me, their cloud drink looks fantastic. I'll check that one out next time! *** UPDATE: I came again to try their Cloud Drink and their Strawberry Jasmine Tea with popping boba. I was once again given the same friendly and quick service as my last encounter despite arriving about 15 minutes before closing time. The Cloud Drink was like a lighter milkshake ordained with cotton candy "Dip N' Dots" on the top. To be honest, it didn't really taste like cotton candy, nor was it too sweet as expected. It was good in a sense, but we seemed to enjoy their Borasoo-Ade and Strawberry Jasmine Tea with popping boba the best! While the Cloud Drink was mesmerizing to look at, I would definitely recommend you try their Ade's or fruit teas instead -- those are guaranteed enjoyable drinks! read more

My 12 year old niece is fun and eats, breathes and sleeps Kpop music and culture. She found Borasoo Cafe on tiktok described as a BTS Cafe and we were beyond excited to visit. We had a great time trying their fun drinks and korean snacks and the inside is cozy modern and a nice hangout spot with kpop projected onto a wall. My partner had a delicious cereal frappe, a yogurt smoothie topped with crispy golden puffs similar to rice crispy cereal. My niece had BTS inspired Borasoo Ade similar to lemonade but more sour. I had the blue dessert shake and i will say it was a really tasty drink. Its not super sweet but it has a great coconut flavor. It's topped with toffee that adds the perfect amount of sweetness to the drink. The service here was top notch we were greeted with a smile and the people here were super nice. The place itself was super clean and i love the snack bar that they have because i love kit kats and the prices are super good. Super cute new Asian cafe that opened up! Support local shops! This place opened up and it's super cute. The decor is nice and the people running the shop are so nice! They went and explained all of their specialty drinks ((that sound amazing)) and were so excited to see someone drop by. I got their black sugar milk tea, which I'd been dying to try. The tea itself was tasty, and you can really feel the black sugar element to the flavor. However, the boba wasn't the best unfortunately :( It was a bit too chewy and flavorless, which took away from the drink. I really want to come back here and try their black sesame latte. I'm so excited that a place in south florida is selling this, as it's a favorite of mine. They've only soft opened for now, and are planning to get pastries and shaved ice! Take the first right after passing Pine Island Rd. It's located in the plaza with ample parking. As we entered the cafe, my daughter commented that she liked the interior decoration. The cafe is bright and clean, furnishings are modern and owner and staff were friendly. We instantly felt welcome. My daughter ordered Black Sugar bubble tea and I ordered Taro Milk Bubble Tea. The sugar level was not overly sweet and it suited our tastebuds. You can also purchase yummy Japanese and Korean snacks near the counter. A little bit hard to find (look for Coffee for the name on the plaza. It's next to ice cream place too. Thank you to someone on Yelp pointed it out) It's a little cute kpop (BTS theme?) cafe. Not many options but they're good enough to quench your thirst. I got Borasoo Ade and Expresso shot. Whooo! That expresso can really wake you up. Get that if you need something to kick you. Borasoo Ade is pretty much a sweet sour lemonade/limeade and there's something else with it too. I don't mind it but I think this might be a preference taste. The place is very neat and clean so you don't need to worry about the messiness. Also, they accept minimum $10 on credit card so bring cash if you're just just buying one thing. They also do kpop cupsleeves if you're into kpop or bts in particular. They are also doing J-Hope's birthday cupsleeve celebration. Look at their official Instagram for more details. I ordered the bubble tea with extra toppings which I understand you pay for but one boba topping should be included as all other bubble tea spots.
