From what I gather from other reviews, Italian customers probably get better service because they can speak the language and can pushing back on the BS I encountered.

There's a small bridge on the side of the hotel. Take the bridge and walk down the road. If you reach another square, you've gone too far. We bought two slices and headed back to our hotel for the evening. The slices are good. They are reasonably priced. They also sell pizza by the pie. Not bad if you're looking to have a romantic evening inside or just to get away from the crowds.
