Bora Bora smoothies are the thing to get here. I tried a smoothie and 2 desserts. The quantity and quality was different between the smoothies and desserts. 4 stars overall. 5 stars for the Nitro green smoothie - although expensive at 12$ - very good. Smooth texture and pleasant taste. Large size is large, so don't mind paying a little extra. 4 stars for the ice cream - small for the price but the ice cream was excellent. 3 stars for the #15 Kinder Croffle - again small size for the money and lacked any flavor. This is a new and clean cafe featuring an interesting menu of drinks and açaí bowls. I ordered a Pink Ace drink which was essentially a 7Up with fruit syrup and fresh strawberries. It was good but pretty sweet. There were two employees working but it took a while for my drink to be prepared, with just one order ahead of mine. Overall the staff was nice but if you have multiple orders ahead of you, it could take a while in here. I would come back to try something else. read more

This spanking new smoothie spot is an interesting addition to this neighborhood. I've stopped in a couple of times in recent weeks before an evening class for a quick meal, and have enjoyed their acai bowls--both the bora nut bowl with pumpkin seeds, walnuts, banana and almond butter as well as the Boraklyn one with cashew butter. Smoothies sounded a bit on the sweet/unhealthy side (one had ice cream) and coffee was acceptable but not great. This spot is surprisingly large for a smoothie shop, with ample seating--perhaps too much based on foot traffic I saw/amount of their business that seemed to be delivery, but then again, each time.I visited it was a cold evening. And it is a nice spot--a bit bright and gaudy, but impeccably clean and with super-friendly service. They are also open incredibly late for a place I would think of as more of a breakfast/lunch destination, but hey it's not my business! I gather from looking online that this is a burgeoning chain--have never experienced one before, so new to me. I guess this can't help but color my view sa bit though. Overall the menu is quite diverse--they have crepes and milkshakes and other things--but I kind of prefer my smoothie shops to skew healthy--if I want sweet and sugary I'll get a real dessert. This makes me fear this chain may be more on the frivolous sugary side of the ledger, but the bowls didn't strike me that way--perhaps the diversity in options gives it a wider audience. read more

I really like this place. Been a few times. Great place to chill, grab a smoothie and do work. NOTE: there are a lot of kids in this area that go here so you may see some awkward flirting and feel old AF sitting there doing spreadsheets on a laptop eating a pistachio crepe. Which is BOMB btw. Dubai pistachio choc is so en vogue right now. The staff is super nice and hard working. It's always clean. I don't know, there's something about it that makes me want to really support them. This cafe is not your typical acai bowl cafe. It is managed and run by kind and lovely people. The acai bowls are fresh and the prices are great. Ahmed and the crew are so neighborly, giving and kind. My preteen kids go in there as often as I can afford for them to go, and Ahmed is always welcoming and kind. We feel like it's our neighborhood spot and look forward to going there not just for the great food, but also for the company and community.
