On the recommendation of Custom Complete, I got quotes from Cook's and a competitor. Cook's quote was half of the competitor's. Since my car is a beater, I was looking for the best deal, and I went with Cook's. The staff at Cook's were friendly and helpful, and I didn't feel that they were trying to pull a fast one on me. They got the work done for the quoted price and even buffed up some cosmetics for free. Pickup was delayed by one day because their supplier didn't bring the part the first time, so the whole job took three days. The repaired car looks better than it did before the accident. And while the car was in the shop, the staff were able to give me free rides to/from work, which was very helpful. Overall I was very satisfied and I would definitely return if I needed more work done.

The mechanics are all messed up. Did we get updates on a regular basis from Perry Legend NO. We decided to go there and it was sitting outside, mice had gotten into it and all of our compartments were sitting unlocked. The owner is certainly lacking in general project manager skills, as well as communicating with the customers. We had no idea there were 2 other RVs ahead of ours. We learned our lesson the first time we went there, but they must have some sort of an agreement with my insurance company. Shame on you if you take your RV there. Caliber, and specifically the manager Kady; lied to me every step of the process, held my car x3…read moretimes longer than originally estimated with no apology, did unauthorized work, refused me access to my vehicle, improperly reinstalled parts, kady admitted on camera parts wernt installed correctly then heavily insinuated if they repaired these parts they would likely cause further damage to my vehicle, then followed me to my car in the parking lot after realizing i got her saying that on video, attempted to super glue my car back together instead of doing proper repairs, did enough damage Insurance covered me taking my vehicle to a new shop solely to repair new issues caused by Caliber. Also according to reviews on Better Business Bureau lots of customers have very similar experience to mine. Anywhere is better. Insurance covered for another shop to fix the new; paint scratch, both front wheel moldings, door pillar, rearview mirror cover, passenger door handle, and passenger door lock that were all damaged or incorrectly installed by Caliber. Caliber also left my battery on while it sat in parking lot, very thankful my battery auto turns off after 30 minutes. Can't stress enough, literally anywhere else will do better work than these guys.
