Jessica Keen was great in finding a thyroid tumor but the next step was strange. I was scheduled…read morethen to meet with the doctor who I assumed would be able to do the surgery. But was not told until after I was already checked in, by the doctor himself, that he no longer does thyroid surgery. Nor does any one else in the practice. So instead of telling me to go to a doctor who could help me earlier soonest, I have now wasted weeks on what is potentially a cancer diagnosis (won't know until it comes out). I was also then given two names of people that could do the surgery, both of whom were either not taking new patients or could not see me for at least eight weeks. Please do not go to this practice if you are seeking assistance with your thyroid. This practice may be great for other things but it appears that it does not include working with the thyroid.

I have never had to wait, not even a minute past the appointed time. Each one of her staff does the actual cleaning . To a person they are friendly and very professional and do so with great care and sensitivity. I see this as a reflection of Jessica's superb management skills. When Jessica comes in to inspect the cleaning , she does so with great affability, patience, and an excellent communication manner. In addition to her expertise and professionalism, her human relations skills are without parallel. I always leave the office confident that I am in the best of hands with people who really care about my well-being. Her star rating is the highest possible rating. Jim McCloskey March 27, 2025

I have been a patient of Dr. Jaffe for over 15 years and aside from a few appointments where I…read moredidn't get into an office due to emergency surgery or other issues, I have always been very satisfied with the care provided by him and his office. I used to get wax buildup over the winter as a kid, and when we opened the pool in the spring every year, I would inevitably get an immediate 50% or more hearing loss from the water and wax causing a plug in both ears. Since it was a gradual buildup over 9 months, I had already lost some hearing without even noticing it until that first swim. He flushed my ears and I couldn't believe how well I could hear again, like the flapping of a flys wings. When I suffered a concussion, I starting having balance problems. He knew just what medication to prescribe to minimize the condition and only tested my hearing if I noted a possible hearing loss, with an occasional baseline test for comparison. Never tried to "upsell" tests unless necessary. And a great conversationalist. We could talk for hours if there was time. He's retiring in 2024, and I will miss his friendly nature and expertise. Miss ya, doc- enjoy your retirement. You deserve it. I will continue using the practice with another doctor and I'm sure we'll develop a solid relationship as well.

I told Joel that "I had a sensation of water in my ear" He looked in it and said it looked clear to him. They then ran a few audio tests on my hearing and then he reviewed them. He said that it looked like i was losing my hearing in one of my ears. "What about the water sensation, what can that be" i asked? This is where he beomes an as*hole. He says, " I hear that all of the time, your losing your hearing and theres nothing you can do about it" Word for word that is what he said, i wish i recorded it. Fuuck you and fuuck your office you douchbags. And what about the privacy letter i signed, why am i getting advertisments a week after my vist to you.
