My husband had septum repair surgery scheduled with this office for last month. The office called him and told him they need to reschedule for the 12th of this month because of staffing issues. They called again to change the date to today,October 18th. Yesterday they called him to remind him that his surgery date was Oct. 20th (it wasn't) and then verified that it was in fact scheduled for today, and then informed him he would need to be in at 6:00 am. Then they called and said he could actually come in at 12:00 as surgery wasn't until 1:00. This morning they called and said that they just noticed his cardiologist hadn't signed off on his EKG results (which were fine). My husband couldn't reach his cardiologist early this morning so once again his surgery is cancelled. The office called him 30 minutes later and said they spoke with the cardiologist and got clearance so he could come in for his surgery. At this point though my husband had already had a cup of coffee so couldn't have gone under anesthesia.This is a horribly run office and he definitely won't be rescheduling with this practice! read more

If you are considering having a cosmetic procedure done, please do yourself a big favor and check out this office first. Dr. Schrader and her staff are professional, skilled and friendly. The two treatments I had done (Ultherapy for a non surgical face "lift" and Vitrase for a reversal of a bad Jeuvederm application by another doctor) were painless and results were seen immediately with no down time. I am very pleased with the results and with the great treatment I received by the entire office. Parking is easy, appointment was on time with no long wait. Very bad and unprofessional experience. Went for first visit for Juvederm filler. First waited almost two hours because previous patients were late. Why couldn't they wait longer while the one who came on time (me) was seen by the Dr??? Unhappy with the results. The one area I said needed filler was not filled. Called back immediately to come in for a "fix". Told to wait a few weeks, which I did, although filler doesn't change or settle. Went back and instead of adding filler where she should have the first time, she gives me excuses why she didn't and tries to convince me to have a different procedure for $1500 more. The first procedure cost over $600, I'm not happy and she thinks I would come back to spend $1500 more? Are you kidding me. Every other plastic surgeon would have just fixed the area they missed as a courtesy to make the patient happy. If she had, I would certainly have used her again, but now, never will. read more

5 years after my rhinoplasty / deviated septum correction, and having lost significant weight since then, i am still having the same problems. Still have a nose drop, which rhinoplasty did not help at all. Not to mention, i had to wait unacceptably long everytime i visited her office and she had left before I woke up after the surgery...... Dr. Schrader and her staff has gone above and beyond helping me heal from a dog bite. Dr. Schrader stays up-to-date with the latest in procedures, treatments and medications. They literally held my hand if I was nervous over the many visits and treatments/surgery I had. I've been going to Dr. Schrader's office for about six years for the treatment of acne. As a teenager, I struggled with cystic and hormonal acne that Dr. Schrader treated. She is an honest and caring dermatologist who looks for ways to help. Over the years, I've had chemical peels, IPLs and two Fraxels by Dr. Schrader. In addition to those treatments, I've also had facials with Gisele, the aesthetician at Dr. Schrader's practice. I cannot praise Gisele enough! She is warm and helpful while treating any active acne I have left. I've noticed major improvements in my skin after facials with her. My cystic and hormonal acne is more controlled.
