On top of all this there is a stand that always has twinkly things hanging from it, little statues made of crystal, I have never bought one but they sure are eye catchers! My other big issue was that a mask was applied and the therapist left the room and came back 10/15 mins later when it was ready to wash off. I generally use this as an indicator as to whether I feel like I've gotten value for money - most good spas will use this time to massage arms/shoulders so that you're getting some sort of the treatment for the duration of the appointment. I'll accept that I din't complain at the time - but felt awkward complaining that the therapist smelled... Definitely will not return.
