My first introduction to Second Avenue was on a cold spring day a few years back; as we rounded a corner on a closed up shop I wondered if we'd gone too far. A moment later the shop front appeared, blocked in by rows of Land Rovers parked right in front of the shop window. Inside there was quiet as women fanned through beautiful silks and suits hung along the wall racks. Apparently it's " legal " whatever about it being in the interest of the customers to refuse to exchange or refund items that have been purchased more than seven days prior to returning the items! Also the shop will only accept items that have been returned by POST ( which the customer has to fork out the postage cost ) they will not accept items that are returned to the shop! After going into the shop today to exchange an expensive Xmas present I was told that the seven days had expired and that no exchange or refund was possible! when asked what I was supposed to do with a cardigan that had cost over €125 that was too small,the extremely rude woman told me " TO REGIFT IT " I have never come across such bad customer service. NEVER AGAIN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
