Really bad service at Boots in the Swords Pavilions. I bought vitamins which happen to have a security tag, the shop assistant went through the motions of removing the tag, alas she didn't remove it, the alarm went off, I was ushered to another till by security. Very targeted behaviour, was treated with contempt as a paying customer. Pharmacy staff are beyond rude, badly managed, badly organised store. I was in boots today in swords trying to print photos for my daughter and I couldn't get them to print so Alan came to my rescue and as they weren't coming up he tried every way to try and see if or why it wasn't working ,he gave his time ,,patience and kindness to help me and I really appreciated it ,it doesn't happen often to find a person so helpful as he was today ,I highly recommend Alan and I thank him for his help ,and yes eventually we got the photos ,I will definitely be back to boots and will always recommend Alan if any of my friends or family need assistance read more
