We drove by Temblor Brewing, somehow we had missed it as we have been on this road many times. It is a real brewery and you can see the big aluminum stills set up. Sadly there was quite a line. I don't know if they take reservations, so check. Parking is easy. The place looks new and is so clean and really comfortable. They had several beers on to tap to check out and a very nice menu. It is all written on a board so you order and have a sit. They had live music which was great and fun. I don't know the schedule so call. Their salads are great and they have a few. They also have burgers and steak and we loved their chicken. The service is great. You will love this place.

We saw the line and stood in it while looking at the menu board and food menu too. We put in our orders and found our seat - there was live music on stage too - it was early in the day so we were surprised to be able to see it, a happy surprise for sure! I ordered an iced tea and its a self serve station - I loved the tea, it was brewed really well so anyone who wants a great tea come here! We wanted to get some food and both got salads - they were great salads, very fulfilling and all ingredients were treated well - I am picky with chicken and this chicken on my salad is like my favorite chicken now. There are lots of different beers so my husband was very happy to be able to try them. This place was awesome and we'll be back for sure, I loved the historical signs and facts on the wall near the entrance to the bathrooms too, it's nice to have ties to the history of the region.

They gave me a sample of the lavender iced tea but I wouldn't order it. Outside seating is great if you want to hear the conversation because it is loud and noisy inside, just super busy. Fries were seasoned perfectly. This place is has great customer service, because shrimp tacos were go off the menu after a certain time and our meal time was 7ish, so they catered to my friend and made the shrimp tacos. I didn't try the shrimp tacos but was told they were pretty good.

We started with the Korean Beef "Frachos" which were easily the highlight of our entire meal. The spiraled fries were crispy, covered in a delicious sauce, tasty toppings, and the beef was tender and well-seasoned. If you are coming here I would definitely recommend getting these! Unfortunately our excitement, for what we thought would be a great meal, died there. First off, they must be using unfiltered tap water to serve because it was disgusting! I get it, water is free and I've never been one to complain about water, but we were so disgusted by it that we were shocked it was even being served. We ordered two burgers. One was a bbq bacon burger which was not bad, nothing I would go out of my way for, but I wouldn't have complained otherwise. The second burger was the bacon jam burger which was drowning in what seemed more like runny pancake syrup than a bacon jam. It leaked from the burger all over my plate and made the burger inedible. For my side I got the charred green beans, and I guess I should have taken the name at face value because they really meant it. They were completely burnt black throughout which turned to bitter powder as I took my first bite. Easily more char than green bean. The service was fine. Our server was nice, but I think they could sense my displeasure with our meal because we counted 11 table stops to make sure we were okay in the less than 1 hour that we were there.

The same detail is present in their food. They did an excellent job taking traditional dishes and adding their own spin on them. And they do not disappoint. The ingredients are so fresh and great quality. The sauces they add to the dishes will wow you. Our server, Aimee, did an exceptional job. She was so sweet and made you feel at home. The restaurant is very clean and decorated pretty well to the theme with lots of large tvs for watching the games no matter where you get seated. There is a decent patio as well. Both of my visits were weekdays so business was pretty slow on the restaurant side but the bar had people. Its a full bar. Service is pretty on top of things and I have felt positive about that both visits with different workers serving us. One thing that initially surprised us was the menu is mostly Mexican food. It wasn't a bad thing, in fact, the Mexican dishes are the best ones on the menu! It was just not really what we expected from the decor and descriptions the first visit. We really enjoyed everything both visits. Great rice and beans consistently. The seasoning is good. Not a big fan of the chips though. I'm not really the type of guy to hit casinos and/or bars so I will stick to what I know when it comes to this review. That means I'm sticking to how I feel about the food. I ordered a double cheeseburger (I think it was two 8oz patties) and I added avocado, bacon, and an over easy egg. At first I thought the runny egg would be too messy, but it wasn't bad at all. The meat was so hot and cooked perfectly. It was quality meat too, not too fatty. The bacon was delicious and gave the burger a nice crisp. I loved the cheese. I'm not sure how many slices it had, but it dripped on the side and I had a delicious time picking it off my plate and licking it off my fingers. The avocado needed about one more day to be fully ripe, but it wasn't a problem. The fries were a little too salty. The ketchup saved it though. This burger was definitely restaurant quality, but not for the price. I ended up paying about $22 for it. I guess that's somewhat reasonable for a pound of meat, but I don't feel like it was worth $22. There are times where I'll get a drive in burger for $16, and I'll feel it's worth it! This just didn't feel worth it. I can't really put my finger on it. Regardless, it was delicious. To touch on the atmosphere it's a Friday night and there are quite a bit of people here. I'm guessing this is the spot for the Delano night life crowd. There is a bald black guy telling some semi-funny jokes, the lighting is dim in the bar area, and everyone is socializing. There are also a number of tvs to keep you entertained with some pro sports. (Lakers are playing!) I don't gamble so I can't really give you any tips about the tables. I give the burger about 3 to 4 stars. The atmosphere is not bad and customer service is average. Therefore, 4 stars.
