I was craving good bbq and man this place hit the spot. This place has great customer service from the owner Keith, great sides, sauces, and bbq. I ordered half rack of ribs with 2 sides. Sides: Baked beans - great texture, and good sweet bbq taste Potato salad - had a very addicting tang to it that balances well with the beans Main: Ribs - I got both sauces the mustard and bbq which were both good but I kept going back to the mustard. It just has a really good kick to it that balances well with the fattiness of the ribs. Def recommend the mustard! My fiancé and I had met with the owner to discuss potentially catering for our wedding, which is now 4 days away. The last time we had heard from anyone was about 6 months ago so we did what anyone would do, we found another caterer. We just heard from Keith today asking if we were still ready for them to cater this weekend. When we explained that we had never gotten a contract, a set price, nor had heard from Keith for months so we had no choice but to find another caterer we were called "fucking idiots" by Keith. For a company that parks in front of a church, I find this disgusting. We wanted to support you and were excited to give you our business but this is foul. It's not very easy to find restaurants that have a good model, too many businesses out there serving good food that gouge prices saying it's "inflation" when it's really for gross profit or to make up for mismanagement. The texture and flavor on their food is near perfection and they offer their food at an extremely affordable price.
