Clean Store, Good Service, Lots Of Selection I'll start out by saying I get good service here each time I come in. The selection is really good here, if you need jeans or boots there is a lot to choose from! Pricing is really good on some things like some boots and then getting expensive on some things like jeans that seem to just keep raising in price each visit. This is a great place to get boots. A lot of them are at reasonable prices too. They have a large quantity and variety of all different kinds of boots including work boots and cowboy boots. The service was superb as several people kept coming by to ask if I needed any help. Finally, I found some boots I liked and asked a young woman for advice on what to clean them with. You can also get a rewards card for loyalty saving. If you spend $250 in here you get $15 credit the next time you come in. You can also fill out a survey for $5 off your next purchase. Specialty footware requirements / personal boot needs are hard to find in this store due to manufacture prediction of customer demand... some of these boot are legend by standard and great quality. The hybrid boots stock, style, and selection are honestly limited. Mainly due to lack of manufacture knowledge of high intensity work environments or a lack of customer demand, or product availability; therefor, that is not the stores fault. Larger sizes are a general special order, which is inconvenient for XL OR XL persons. The supplemental product options are few. What they have is kinda rare, yet very good compared to some stores especially in regards of the insoles etc. Largest selection of boots I have ever seen in variety in brand variety. THE MANAGERS- However, the product logistics manager of the store is comprehensive in having many options and solutions compared to most boot stores. And applause and praise for store managerial role model and approach on customer service. The other Manager was more more focused on bossing around and doing inventory . That man I believe is doing well managing the associate noobs that serve basic store purposes. THE STORE ASSOCIATES - Some of the newer employees, are not very experienced in three ways. Comprehensive effective and comprehensive communication skills, due to a lack of wireless customer service phones like in LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES. . They have forgotten or are inexperienced at the importance of serving their job first which pays the bills and provides opportunities for further careers and to handle their responsibility's. The newer associates also need to study how to be proactive at work watching and emulating their store managers and owners to better serve the business interest. epilogue - Other than viewing this as a negative pessimistic view, it is a constructive revive store improvement. came in to get a couple pairs of boots myself, and my boyfriend came with me to get some work boots and cowboy boots but we both left empty handed because of the lack of customer service from the staff. he had asked for help, and the guy was too busy flirting with the other employee on staff to look for more than 5 seconds. i definitely don't recommend going here. at best, go in to find your correct size and order online somewhere else. read more

ZERO STARS!!!!! Stood looking at boots in front of TWO employees, did they ask if I needed help? NO! They stood around gossiping. No customer service, only boot size you'll find is D (regular) which is incredibly stupid when most people need a size E (wide) just to have a comfortable fit. Disgrace of a store. Bought my stepdaughter a pair of boots for Christmas from Country Outfitter, was the worst decision EVER because they didn't fit and the return process has been hell. It just so happens we were driving down to Florida and passed a Boot Barn billboard... And the Boot Barn was less than a mile from our hotel stop in Tennessee. Amazing!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, we had questions about the stretch of a boot. Walked out within fifteen minutes, new boots on hand after a lovely conversation about Arabian horses. My stepdaughter: "I have found my people!" Seriously, thank you. She has a wider size eleven foot, and we have no real boot stores in Michigan. You're my hero. read more

I placed an order on April 28th 2020, they charged my card and all was good. Today May 5th 2020 I had yet to receive a tracking number or any other communication from them. I called their customer service number and was told that they could not find my order. They however took my money. After being placed on hold they were able to verify that I had placed an order and that the order had been cancelled due to out of stock boot size. They did not bother to send an email or try to contact me about this cancellation. They informed me that they refunded to my card and it would take 7-10 days for the refund to show up. They took my money immediately but I have to wait 7-10 days to get my almost $200 refund. They will not be getting my business again. Terrible customer service. read more
