The only thing I didn't like was the baked goods. I purchased a sourdough. It had caraway which is similar to rye and I do not like rye. I did however like the croissants I purchased but on the flip side the five cookies were meh. So more was bad than good. The other vendors I purchased from were wonderful. Eggs, bone-in pork chops, ground beef , dog treats (chicken claws) three types of greens, arugula, Bibb and romaine, and a frozen chicken were some of the things I purchased. I did notice only one vendor had fruit, strawberries, which sold out quickly. The next time I go I hope there is more to choose from. I will definitely return.

After spending hours digging through five or six thrift stores in Hixson and coming up mostly empty handed, I was delighted find a small rack packed with exactly what I needed - men's long sleeved dress shirts in a variety of colors. As I started making a pile of them for a school play, the lady brought me a buggy. The sweet cashier even gave me a discount for buying 18 of them. Pop's and Granny's Saved the Day and the Play! I wish my photo of the store didn't turn out so blurry. I may drive back over there after the play to show the folks how they helped all the kids look good. :D

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! The manager and the sales assistance were beyond short with their answers and far from helpful. I was spoken to in a very condescending manner and it was as if I asked them to move the world when I asked to see a specific fabric. I had a gift card I had received or I would have walked out of the store (actually I did start to walk out, but I turned around to try a shirt on to see how it fit so I could then order later) I ended up buying 2 shirts as they are a good deal for a plain white shirt, 1 that was on back order for ~2 weeks. 2 shirts were $99 2 days later the same shirts go on sale 3 for $99. I had not even taken the shirt I bought out of the bag and figured I could essentially walk into the store and "return" my 2 shirts for 3 shirts. The sales staff told me that since my other shirt was ordered I could not return them until I had possession of it. They said there was nothing they could do even though the shirt was on back order/is currently still on back order. I called the Jos A. Bank corporate office and explained the situation and the treatment I received and after speaking to 2 people who sincerely apologized I am being mailed a 3rd shirt for free. The staff in the store should have rectified the situation and the rep on the phone couldn't understand why they didn't! The manager's name is Tim Bryant I believe. This is a low-end clothing entry level clothing store and I felt like I was being looked at as if I was a wandering vagrant in a bespoke tailors! Avoid this place like the plague, unfortunately I still have to return to the store to pickup my 2 shirts! Good thing it's the closest store to the entrance! As a side note the sales assistant in training who was coincidentally named Austin as well was actually very helpful and did not have the attitude of her "superiors". read more

Since our boys had never worn Vans before, both of the salespeople, Logan and Barrett (I think), were absolutely amazing. Barrett made sure my new skate boarder got exactly the right type shoes to support his feet. Logan made sure my younger son (who can be difficult to please) was perfectly happy. In fact, at one point my son found Logan again and asked him to make an adjustment--- and he is normally very timid and afraid to ask for things by himself. Kudos to the amazing staff, their kind attention to our family, even while the store was pretty busy. It was definitely worth the drive--- even though we may have our own store soon, and won't need to make it anymore!

You won't have problem with parking right out front. Their clothes are the best in quality for the value spent. I wait till they send me coupons for at least 20 percent off before I go shopping. When I get 30 percent off coupon, I'm here the next day.
