So let me start by saying, I knew the owner Jenifer before being a customer in her boutique. That being said, I can still be objective because I know for a fact she treated us the same as any other customer that walks through her doors. I was lucky enough to schedule an appointment for my close friend Sara, now living in Chicago, while she was in town for a long weekend. There hadn't been a plan for appointments that day (it was a holiday) but Jen scheduled anyway. I am my friend's Maid of Honor so I was lucky enough to sit back and enjoy watching my friend, who has overall been iffy about the in store shopping experience, let down her guard and really enjoy herself. She had been to many shops, including BHLDN, in Chicago, and had been left feeling put off by the whole experience of shopping for her dress. After listening intently to what Sara (the bride) was looking for, not looking for, her concerns about what her family would perceive as "too much" or not modest enough, etc, Jen chose 3-4 dresses and totally nailed it. Her background in fashion and design really shows. But more importantly, she listens! The first dress was a winner. We looked at all of the others too, but Jen recommended putting the first one on again and it was still the one. She offered a vail and asked Sara to close her eyes. Put a bouquet in her hands and asked her to envision herself on her day. What did SHE want to feel like? What was HER vision? She then told Sara to open her eyes and if what she saw matched her vision then we were in the right place. "This will make him cry." and "This is something I could see handing down to my future daughter" (something I would have never expected to hear from my friend!) were the brides replies. Though Sara did not purchase a gown that day, I would say our experience was above and beyond. And the fact that she wasn't ready to make a purchase that day, was in no way an issue for Jen the owner. She offered every resource she could in case Sara had any questions regarding the gown. I have been to another well known Chattanooga boutique on the NS in the past with another friend who was getting married and although there were more employees, they were not nearly as invested in the women they were helping. They were distracted and when they didn't see a sale, they let off and lost interest in the client. They also had an overlapping appointment. NOT the case here! The way the boutique is designed and the way the appointment is structured, lends to an overall laid back and enjoyable time not only for the bride herself, but any guests she may have. Jen truly cares about what gown will not only fit the vision of her client, but also what she will feel comfortable in. Never once did she push a sale. It is evident in watching her with her client that she deeply cares about the over all feeling the bride wants and needs. She genuinely cares and this is something I cannot stress enough. Jen clearly takes pride in what she is doing and masterfully curates an experience that truly is all about the bride. I highly recommend visiting this shop. I am not sure why there are no reviews up here yet...this. Place. ROCKS!! I could not have had a better experience here and will tell every person I meet who is getting married to come here for a dress! Jennifer is absolutely wonderful and was so helpful with the process. You get the whole place to yourself (which is adorably decorated by the way) when you make an appointment, and there was champagne, cake pops from local bakeries, and all the bells and whistles. I found FOUR dresses that I could have gone with because the selection was amazing. Once I finally said yes to one of them, we did a little photo session in the front of the store with my mom and friend. Also, when you become one of the brides you get invited to special parties that Jennifer hosts which is so perfect! I had plans to go to Sephora later in the day to find some lipstick that matched me until I found out the next party was to get our own custom lipstick to wear for the wedding! I'm so unbelievably happy I found this place, and could not recommend it more!! read more

As I was trying on the gowns at All About The Bride yesterday, I was completely blown away by their beauty and quality. The details on the dresses set them apart from anything I have ever worn. I felt absolutely stunning wearing the dresses. I also loved the selection of veils and even a cape with perfect detail that trails around you. It makes for amazing photos and an added confidence boost. I can feel that Jennid(the owner) spares no attention to detail anywhere! She chooses timeless dresses and accessories that are unique and on trend. I was also pampered with champagne and cookies! I can not recommend the boutique enough. Best experience shopping for a dress in Chattanooga. Jennifer is the sweetest and most helpful and truly wants her brides to be happy! I wanted to purchase from her simply because I loved her so much. She has a great unique selection of dresses! I found my dress at another bridal shop out of town, but when I sent her pictures she was so happy for me and supportive. She operates with a true wish for people to be happy with their choices rather just trying to make a sale. She had cupcakes and cupcake bites and champagne and soda for us when we walked into her shop. I also liked that it was just me in there, and there were no other appointments going on. The absolute best bridal shop in Chattanooga by far! Jenifer is incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the entire dress buying experience. She goes above and beyond to make sure you not only find what you're looking for but to ensure you have the best experience possible. In addition the shop is chic and clean. You will feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. She continues to stay in touch with you and is truly interested in making your big day special as opposed to just trying to sell a gown. This sweet boutique is located in Redbank and I highly recommend it! No need to go to ATL. I did checkout another boutique in downtown Chattanooga and wasn't excited about the customer service. That's when I booked an appointment at All About The Bride. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure her brides and family/friends have the best experience. In fact, she closes the store so the bride has the store to herself. Jen (the owner) provides snacks and drinks (champagne too!!). She has a great selection of dresses.
