Also known as Festal Café they offer meal deliveries to a few locations in Vancouver…read more I tried the pizza, shepherd's pie, chocolate coconut sweet potato brownie and pecan pumpkin blondie when they had a free sampling of food at Steve Nash Granville. I must say for a gluten free, paleo with organic produce, their food was delicious. The pizza bread was made with tapioca flour. Topping to bread ratio was a bit off but that's probably because I like thin crust pizzas. The shepherd's pie is made with butternut squash was very flavoursome, brownie was fudgy but the pecan pumpkin blondie stood out as the winner. The blondie is not the typical baked dessert blondie as it had the softest texture, almost pudding like. It has totally inspired me to search for the ultimate recipe and try baking it myself. I would totally order their meals if it didn't average out to about $12-$13/meal. There is a discount if you order in large quantities but when you have 5-6 meals a day this adds up very quickly. Great healthy option though if you're in the area and looking for a snack.

There is parking behind the building if you cannot find any street parking. Keep in mind that the food items you see on their website are not going to be available to purchase at this location as I believe those are shown for delivery order options. However the items that are available to order are very tasty, low carb, keto, or paleo, and very fresh. They are made right in front of you while you wait. I will be visiting again.

We visited Coffee Loft for Nomsmag cherry blossom festival…read more What we got: Cherry Blossom Matcha with Cotton Candy Ceremonial-grade matcha with delicate cherry blossom sweetness, topped with a cloud of airy cotton candy that slowly melts into the drink. Ube Latte with Cold Foam Rich, nutty sweetness of purple yam blended with creamy espresso, finished with a silky layer of cold foam. Cherry blossom matcha with cotton candy has so instagram-worthy presentation! Not only it looks pretty, but alsoit tasted great! Strawberry puree and matcha paired so well. Ube latte with cold foam was good, too. Their espresso stood out and ube flavor came through later. I really liked their espresso which was strong and bold. Ube foam was very tasty. I really liked this item. Service was extremely good and friendly. I will revisit this place and would like to try different item next time

I'm conflicted with coffee loft. I love coffee. I love coffee shops. I love pastries. Coffee loft…read morehas all these, but it's just okay. To be clear, it's a great vibe inside. Plenty of seats for small groups and big groups. High ceilings make the location feel spacious. And it was busy with a lot of people. I think if I'm going to hang out with people, coffee loft would be a great spot. However, I don't think the coffee and pastries are particularly good. But of course, I'm a bit biased since these are the things I look for in coffee shops: the coffee. It's not bad. It's just okay. So in short, I think if you're looking for a place to hang, Coffee Loft is great! If you're looking for coffee or pastries, there are other places. Still worth visiting though!

I got the sunrise bowl with a sunny side up and my friends both got the chorizo sausage crepe. They loved theirs, but I thought mine was a little too salty and too saucy. I wonder if I could ask for feta cheese substitute (with Swiss) next time. I thought the ambiance was super cute and great for a girls catch up. Service was quick and friendly. The sweet brunch items also look really good but I think it wouldn't be my first choice if it wasn't for their gluten free options.

Had a family brunch here recently. I keep forgetting this place is here, as I'd never eaten here…read morebefore. Two of us had the Canadian breakfast and my niece ordered a waffle with fruit. The fruit was actually a good portion and decent selection of blueberries, strawberries, banana and grapes. A couple of very small overripe pieces of kiwi were thrown in but I've seen worse for a kids meal. Food came out after a short wait. Missing from the plates was butter for the toast and waffles, so I'm not sure if they don't usually provide it or they forgot it. The over-easy eggs were more over-medium and the potatoes tasted a bit off to me, but I was full anyway, so I just left them. The restaurant was a bit cold so we ate with our coats on for most of the time. Would be nice if they raised the temperature by 1-2 degrees so it's more comfortable on colder days. Service was mostly ok but our server asked us when we were still halfway through our meals if we wanted anything else and when we said we were good, she did not come back until we flagged her down for the bill. Maybe she was new, but servers should still check on customers for refills of coffee, hot water for tea, etc. Coffee is $3.25 and I did not get a refill due to the disappearing server, so it was quite pricey for one small cup. The meals were ok but for the price, I'd sooner go elsewhere for a better overall experience.
