They gave me a new number and I am trying to cancel my landline, but they say I have to keep service until the end of the month and pay for it because "it is in their terms and conditions". I have spent HOURS on the phone with them trying to get this straightened out and they are sorry, but they can't do anything to help me. No partial credit, no free month of internet, nothing. I called and called the store multiple times as did my business partner with no answer. finally after a few weeks Trevor returned our call and said he would give us better internet and if that didn't work he would refund everything. you guessed it, it didn't work so again we called and called and called with no answer. mind you this is his personal number and the store. I finally went in and they told me they had no idea who I was and that I would need to speak with Trevor who was not there because he was conveniently out traveling.
