Instead of taking responsibility for the full loss they caused, they only offered to replace the single broken fixture and refused to address the fact that the entire set is now affected. Accidents can happen in any move, but accountability matters. In my experience, this company was unwilling to make the situation right in a fair way and focused more on limiting their responsibility than resolving the damage they caused. If you use them, make sure you document everything and understand how they handle damage claims before trusting them with your belongings.
