There were only 2 other customers in the store yet I still waited approximately 30 minutes before I received service. Once I finally sat down w an associate and we began getting my account set up I was told the phone I was purchasing was eligible for a trade in discount of $350. I was elated because I did have an older phone not in use I could trade in. I asked if I needed to go and get it and was told not to worry as I had 30 days to bring it in. I come back into the store 48 hours later and am then told, by the same sales associate, that that promo had "expired" and my trade in was worthless. I reminded him he told me I had 30 days to bring the phone in, and that i even offered to go get it that day. He acknowledged that conversation but stated was unable to help me. Naturally I was not happy w this response and asked to escalate. I get home and get a call from the store manager Frankie. Within 2 minutes of our conversation he is cutting me off and very defensive and most importantly offering no solutions.
