I went to Walmart to purchase a phone . When I took it to T-Mobile to be activated, I was told to return it to WM because I could get a better price from them (T-Mobile). I did as they said. When I returned, again I had a long wait time. I was feeling ill and fell to the floor 4 times. I was given a chair to sit in while I waited. Finally got the phone and service. I returned with a friend to sign up and again had a long wait while the male employee was messing with the store thermostat and was treated as if we were a bother to him. My friend left without T-Mobile service. I think they need retrained or need to hire some more people.

I went to the Reynoldsburg AT&T store for help porting a number from a former business owner. I was upfront that the process with Spectrum was already delayed. The staff assured me they could complete the port instantly, which turned out to be false. After learning that porting could take up to 7 days, I made it very clear that I wanted to cancel the port request and service before leaving the store. However, despite canceling, my number was still ported 7 days later without my authorization. This is extremely concerning. At best, it shows poor communication and incompetence ATT. At worst, it raises serious questions about how customer consent is handled. This situation caused significant disruption and stress. LOST TRUST AND RESPECT!

I will be going in because I don't remember his name and I want it to speak to someone higher up. I NEVER complain or give bad reviews but this was the worst experience. I know that little brat probably made a commission as well.
