I returned with a friend to sign up and again had a long wait while the male employee was messing with the store thermostat and was treated as if we were a bother to him. I went to the Reynoldsburg AT&T store for help porting a number from a former business owner. I was upfront that the process with Spectrum was already delayed. The staff assured me they could complete the port instantly, which turned out to be false. After learning that porting could take up to 7 days, I made it very clear that I wanted to cancel the port request and service before leaving the store. However, despite canceling, my number was still ported 7 days later without my authorization. This is extremely concerning. At best, it shows poor communication and incompetence ATT. At worst, it raises serious questions about how customer consent is handled. This situation caused significant disruption and stress. LOST TRUST AND RESPECT!
