A total joke for customer service. They don't care about it Took my phone back after purchasing in Jan 2019 Had issue with volume. Person said phone is not repairable and had a new phone ordered and mailed to me In meantime called Apple and took phone to them and they fixed it in 5 minutes Told me to take the phone I just received for replacement back to Verizon store When took new replacement phone back to Verizon store Person in store said they would not accept phone and to take it to UPS and send it back This place has the least helpful people Customer Service is NOT available here I have had this company for Cell service since 1989 And they keep getting worse Lot of room for me to switch to a different carrier They give me no reason to stay with them. Excellent service for years until recently- now service is unbelievably unreliable and customer service doesn't/can't help.

My last phone was bought at this Verizon, and I was pleased with that process, so I stopped back in because I'm having trouble with my phone's volume. I like how the employees here have never tried to up-sell me anything. They try to fix, or manage, any requests or problems directly, and that's that. On my most recent stop, the guy did a few tests on my phone to check the volume, also cleaned out the ear speaker with a toothbrush, and gave me a few tricks on how to maintain the volume. When I asked about my contract, he was happy to look it up, explained my options, and actually pointed out I'd be better off to stick with my 2 yr. contract, then trade my phone in, rather than trading it in now, and not getting the full value of the phone. Honesty is always the best policy, especially in the retail commission-driven society we're living in. read more

Verizon has become Getto dealer. I feel like I'm @ a Buy-here/Pay-here car lot for welfare people with bad credit. They sell everything on a payment plan because they need to trick you into the price. The quality of the sales representative went from a skilled professional who has advanced technology and a real ability and a degree or quality you need as a consumer... Now you get a slime-ball in a bright green jacket with fake teeth who promises "a little old lady owned this battered used I-phone and only dropped in the toilet when she was incontinent. They probably have the phone back in the store because they repossessed it from her cold dead hands when she didn't pay the 1000.00 bill. read more

Our family has five phones in our plan and anytime we have any concerns or problems or need to make any changes their staff at the store are the best. And lastly what's even better their staff turnover is very low so I can go inside there and always ask for the same helpful person read more

This review really needs five stars and one star. We came in already frustrated due to being tossed around on the phone with customer service feeding us different stories, luckily Martin was extremely patient, super friendly and helpful! He truly is what every rep should strive to be! I use to work for VZW and didn't mention it to see how our trip would go and I must say Martin is a huge asset to the company, I cannot express enough how great he was! However there was also a rep who was the exact opposite! His name was Ryan and he came up to us with an extremely rude attitude insisting there was nothing they could do to help us (which was a lie because Martin and his coworker Sheldon did resolve our issue) Ryan is everything you would hate in an employee! Terrible attitude, extremely rude and spent his time playing on his phone while talking down to me and my husband, I would be embarrassed to be his boss! read more

My old phone went bad, according to your rep couldn't be fixed. Sold me another which I paid for at that time. I told them emphatically I wanted exactly what I had, no fancy computer phones, just something on which I could make and receive phone calls. I was told I had to pay more money. I objected and asked for their supervisor. Finally another rep came, said there was no supervisor, but assured me I could keep my old plan at the same rate. Guess what? When the bill came, here were more charges. I have made 2 more trips to the Lancaster, OH, store, and repeated phone calls. I have not received another bill yet to see if the excess charges were removed. However, since I complained, I have not been able to use the phone at my home. I bought a WeBoost system, so now can make out going calls. Most incoming calls go directly to voice mail and the phone never rings. I have had Verizon for years, but have never had such bad products and especially bad service, as well as rude treatment and conversations with the Verizon staff. People with TracFones say they have better service!! read more
